Study on the Problems Related to the Establishment of Standardized Good Behavior in Small and Medium-sized Enterprises

Abstract： In the business practice of enterprises， it is of great practical significance to promote the standardization construction of their own production and management for the progress and development of enterprises. Therefore， it is necessary to emphasize the analysis and discussion of relevant contents， and clarify the specific factors affecting the standardization construction as well as the solutions. From the point of view of the development of small and medium-sized enterprises at the present stage， the realization of standardized operation is of significant value for obtaining market recognition and reducing operating costs. Therefore， small and medium-sized enterprises need to actively create standardized good behaviors to promote their own standardization， standardization and professional development. This paper analyzes and discusses the problems related to the establishment of standardized good behavior in small and medium-sized enterprises in order to provide guidance and help for the practice.

在企业发展过程中，标准化体系建设是企业标准化现实工作中的重要一环，是企业技术进步和管理加强的重要手段[1]。就目前的市场经济大环境分析来看，企业竞争在不断地加剧，所以企业经营和发展的压力在显著增加。推动企业标准化体系建设，对企业的生产经营标准进行规范，同时激励企业向标准化体系的相关要求靠近，这样，企业标准化、行业规范化实践效果会更加突出。对企业标准体系建设工作进行分析，企业的标准化良好行为对标准体系建设和推进有显著的影响，所以分析研究目前中小企业在标准化体系建设过程中的标准化良好行为相关问题，对于实践工作开展帮助巨大。

1 中小企业标准化良好行为的体现

在中小企业的发展实践中，有不少企业基于标准化，对自身的技术、管理等方面做了改变和提升，这些基于标准化的行为实施便可以称之为标准化良好行为。就目前的实践研究来看，中小企业标准化良好行为有两个方面的显著价值：一是标准化良好行为对于企业自身的标准化改进有重要的意义，这能够有效地促进企业标准化发展[2]。二是标准化良好行为在企业经济效益提升方面有突出的现实意义。通过采取标准化良好行为，企业自身与行业标准靠近，技术应用、工艺采用等更具专业性和标准化，这样，生产实践中的材料浪费等问题有效解决。而且基于标准化工作生产的产品，其质量显著提升，市场认可度也会显著提高，所以企业在市场竞争中的表现会更加突出。……
