摘 要：针对山西省及我国黄土高原丘陵地区矮化苹果园优质高效生产的技术需求，分析并优化了苹果砧木利用方式、苗木栽植方式、树形管理模式、整形修剪技术及果园肥水管理技术，提出了该地区矮化苹果优质生产与药肥两减相结合生产技术（即“两减一优”栽培技术）。同时，通过对不同类型矮化果园的案例分析，探讨了苹果矮化砧穗组合对果园产量、品质、经济效益的综合影响，形成了药肥两减背景下苹果矮化果园优质高效生产的有效技术途径。

Abstract：According to the requirements of apple dwarfing cultivation technique in Shanxi province and the semi-arid Loess Plateau Hilly Region in China， the technique of high quality production with reduced pesticide and fertilizer of apple dwarf cultivation was formed by analyzing technical modes including the utilization of apple rootstock， seedling transplanting， tree shape management， pruning and fertilizer and water management in orchard. At the same time， the comprehensive effects of apple cultivar/dwarfing rootstock combinations on the yield， quality and economic benefits of the orchard were discussed through the case analysis of different dwarfing orchards types， and the effective technical way of apple dwarfing cultivation in the semi-arid loess plateau hilly region.

近年來随着国内外苹果新品种、新树形研究成果的不断问世[1-4]，我国苹果矮化栽培产业得到较快发展[5-7]。在产业发展过程中，一方面借鉴了国外苹果集约化栽培研究成果，包括苹果矮化密植栽培模式、纺锤树形整形修剪技术以及果园机械化辅助作业管理技术[8-9];同时也批量引进了欧美栽培区选育的苹果优良矮化砧木，包括M系、CG系、B系等矮化砧木类型[10-11]。国外苹果矮化砧木与矮化栽培整形修剪技术的有效结合，实现了苹果早果丰产的技术目标，加快了我国苹果矮化栽培产业的快速发展。

由于我国苹果产地栽培环境千差万别，国外成熟的苹果矮化栽培技术模式和品种体系在我国高肥水的平地果园取得成功的同时，在我国丘陵高海拔半干旱产区却遇到了技术挑战，先后出现了越冬冻害、早春抽条、树体早衰等问题;同时由于我国丘陵高原产区梯田较多，地块不整齐，矮化果园建设过程中设立支撑架难度较大，限制了产业的发展。……
