摘 要：當前水利工程施工中大量采用了全长粘结型锚杆，为了优化工程施工效率， 应当掌握全长粘结型锚杆支护施工工艺，不断优化设计方法，提升设计效率，本文分析了钻孔施工概况，研究了水利工程全长粘结型锚杆施工技术，运用制浆机拌制水泥浆，灰浆水灰的重量比0.38：l～0.45：1，水泥：水之间比例1：（0.38～0.45），水泥：砂之间调制比例设置为1：（1～2）。加强对药卷的保存，避免受潮。树脂锚固剂龄期24h，储存环境温度22±1℃，端锚锚固剂其抗压强度大于等于60MPa，长锚固的锚固剂其抗压 强 度大于40MPa。检测树脂锚固剂外包装，要求产品质地较为柔软。运用注浆机将水泥浆水泥浆向锚杆孔内灌注，运用风压注浆器、注浆机等往锚杆孔内注入水泥砂浆，将锚固剂药卷泡在专用水槽内浸泡2～3min，运用Ⅱ级螺纹钢筋，填充密实之后，保证材料凝结、硬化，将全长粘结型材料锚固在岩体中，本文研究对水利工程优化施工提供了一定指导。

Discussion on Construction Technology of Full-length Bonding Anchor Rod in Water Conservancy Project

Abstract：At present， a large number of full-length bonded anchors are used in the construction of water conservancy projects. In order to optimize the construction efficiency of the project， it is necessary to master the construction technology of full-length bonded anchors， continuously optimize the design method， and improve the design efficiency.This paper analyzes the general situation of drilling construction and studies the construction technology of full-length bonding anchor rods in water conservancy projects. The cement slurry is mixed with a slurry machine. The weight ratio of mortar and water to cement is 0.38：l～0.45：1， and the cement： water is between  1：（0.38～0.45）， the modulation ratio between cement： sand is set to 1：（1～2）. Strengthen the preservation of medicine rolls to avoid moisture. The resin anchoring agent age is 24h， the storage environment temperature is 22±1℃， the end anchoring agents compressive strength is greater than or equal to 60MPa， and the long anchoring agents compressive strength is greater than 40MPa. To test the outer packaging of the resin anchoring agent， the product must have a soft texture. Use a grouting machine to pour cement grout into the bolt hole， use a wind pressure grouting device， grouting machine， etc. to inject cement mortar into the bolt hole， and soak the anchor agent coil in a special water tank for 2-3 minutes， use grade II threaded steel bars， and after filling and compacting， ensure that the material is set and hardened， and the full-length bonding material is anchored in the rock mass. The research in this paper provides certain guidance for the optimal construction of water conservancy projects.
