结合气象条件的电网事故跳闸预警系统设计

摘 要:近几年来,随着经济的发展环境问题越来越严重,气候变化也日益明显,强对流天气逐渐增多,各类自然灾害事件也频繁发生,这些因素对电网的安全运行带来较大的威胁。各种恶劣天气造成电网受到雷击、风刮异物的影响引发故障跳闸事件频发,甚至发生大范围的停电现象,更严重的灾害事件对电网所造成的危害更是不可估量,因此结合气象条件设计电网事故跳闸预警系统的具有极大的价值和重要意义。本文针对这些情况,结合近几年的电网事故跳闸的概率,分析了引起电网跳闸事故的主要因素,并结合气象条件设计了电网事故跳闸预警系统,有效地结合气象条件将电网事故跳闸降至最低,在电网的防灾预警方面提供参考。

Design of Early Warning System for Power Grid Accident Tripping Combined with Meteorological Conditions

Abstract:In recent years, with the development of economy, environmental problems become more and more serious,climate change is also increasingly obvious, severe convective weather is increasing gradually, various natural disasters also occur frequently. These factors have brought great threat to the safe operation of power grid. Various bad weather caused the power grid to be affected by lightning and wind blowing foreign matters,causing frequent fault tripping events, and even large-scale power outages. More serious disasters can cause immeasurable harm to the power grid. Therefore, it is of great value and significance to design the early warning system for power grid accident tripping combined with meteorological conditions. In view of these situations, this paper analyzes the main factors causing power grid trip accident based on the probability of grid accident trips in recent years, and designs an early warning system for power grid accident tripping based on meteorological conditions, which effectively reduces the grid accident trip to the lowest and provides reference for the power grid disaster prevention and early warning.

0 引言
電网作为我国的关键基础设施,应当安全、可靠的为广大人民提供电力,因此对电网的基本要求便是安全、经济、可靠、优质。随着经济水平的提高,人们对于电网供电的安全性和可靠性要求越来月严格。然而,随着全球环境形势越来越严峻,气候逐渐变化,恶劣天气频发,电网受到台风、雷击、暴雨等天气的影响,发生一系列的短路、跳闸等事故,尤其是最近几年,跳闸事故频发,给电网的安全运行带来极大的威胁。虽然说随着技术的进步,气象部门近几年来对天气灾害预测和预警的准确性逐渐提高,但是相对来说形式较为单一,在某些方面其预测不够精确,与电力防灾的要求有一定的差距。……
