摘 要：化工機械设备在生产运行过程中，如果还使用传统的控制模式不仅效率较低，而且化工机械设备容易出现各种问题，造成生产的质量下降。随着电气自动化控制的不断发展，如果将其应用到化工机械设备中可以很大程度上提高生产效率、降低劳动力、节约成本等。所以文章将主要对两者的有机结合进行研究。化工机械设备在生产过程中，需要严格根据其要求和规范，将电气自动化控制科学合理的与化工机械设备进行有机结合。文章首先对电气自动化控制的特点进行研究，其中分析了三种不同类型的电气自动化控制，电气自动化控制只需要设置相关程序，即可自行进行控制，具有比较强大的功能。然后分析了电气自动化控制和化工机械设备进行有机结合的必要性;再对两者的有机结合进行了详细分析，通过结合之后，不仅有利于提高化工机械设备的运行效率、提高产品生产质量，而且还有助于电气自动化控制的深入发展。最后为了能够提高化工机械设备电气自动化控制的稳定性，文章提出了相关措施，以供控制管理者参考。

Abstract：In the process of production and operation of chemical machinery and equipment， if the traditional control mode is still used， not only the efficiency is low， but also the chemical machinery and equipment are prone to various problems， causing the quality of production to drop. With the continuous development of electrical automation control， if it is applied to chemical machinery and equipment， it can greatly improve production efficiency， reduce labor， and save costs. So the paper will mainly study the organic combination of the two. In the production process of chemical machinery and equipment， it is necessary to organically integrate electrical automation control scientifically and rationally with chemical machinery and equipment in strict accordance with its requirements and specifications. The paper first studies the characteristics of electrical automation control， and analyzes three different types of electrical automation control. Electrical automation control only needs to set up related programs to control itself and has relatively powerful functions. Then it analyzes the necessity of the organic combination of electrical automation control and chemical machinery and equipment; then analyzes the organic combination of the two in detail. After the combination， it will not only help to improve the operating efficiency of chemical machinery and equipment， and improve the quality of product production， but also contribute to the in-depth development of electrical automation control. Finally， in order to improve the stability of electrical automation control of chemical machinery and equipment， the paper proposes relevant measures for reference by control managers.

电气自动化控制中应用了智能化技术，并且将其作为基础技术，可以实现系统的自动化控制能力，并且还能够对各种数据进行分析处理，将有助于解决相关的技术问题，在系统中使用电气自动化控制时基本上都可以实现自动化控制[1-2]。……
