摘 要：发展绿色经济已经成为当今世界的一个主流趋势，在绿色理念的驱动下，装配式建筑逐渐成为建筑领域关注的焦点。目前，装配式建筑在我国经济发达的地区取得了很好的效果，但是在很多方面任然存在不足，如与其配套的墙板保温效果较差，达不到建筑节能的要求。因此，为了改善装配式建筑墙板的缺陷，本文进行了适用于装配式建筑墙板用的无机保温材料的开发和研究，对于装配式建筑的发展具有现实意义。

Research and Development of Inorganic Thermal Insulation Materials for Prefabricated Building Wallboard

Abstract：The development of a green economy has become a mainstream trend in the world today. Driven by the green concept， prefabricated buildings have gradually become the focus of attention in the construction field. At present， prefabricated buildings have achieved good results in my countrys economically developed areas， but there are still deficiencies in many aspects. For example， the heat insulation effect of the matching wall panels is poor， and the requirements for building energy efficiency cannot be met. Therefore， in view of this shortcoming of prefabricated building wallboard， this paper develops and researches inorganic thermal insulation materials suiTab for prefabricated building wallboard， which has practical significance for the development of prefabricated building.

0 引言

裝配式建筑是指将传统建筑领域中一些现场作业的工作转移到工厂中进行，在工厂内进行建筑构件和配件等的制作加工，加工完成后再将其运送到建筑施工现场，通过相应的方式将各种构件和配件连接起来装配安装成的建筑[1]。目前，我国装配式建筑主要有预制混凝土式、钢结构式、木结构式三种类型的装配建筑。相比于传统建筑，装配式建筑的优点是建造速度快、施工过程中受气候条件影响较小、制造过程无污染环保性较好、节省劳动力、建筑质量较好[2]。但是与其配套的墙板由于自重较大、保温效果较差等缺陷导致其难以满足建筑节能的需求，因此，研究开发适用于装配式建筑墙板用的具有良好的保温效果、耐火性、环保性等无机保温材料，成为装配式建筑领域的热点问题。

1 建筑保温材料的发展现状
