[摘要] 目的 探讨小儿热速清糖浆治疗小儿手足口病的有效性。 方法 选取2019年5月至2020年8月我院儿内科收治的小儿手足口病患儿184例，依据随机数字表法将患儿分为观察组与对照组，每组各92例。观察组采用常规西药联合小儿热速清糖浆治疗，对照组采用常规西药治疗，比较两组患儿症状积分、临床疗效以及症状缓解时间。 结果 治疗后，两组患儿的症状积分均较治疗前降低，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05），且观察组患儿症状积分低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。观察组患儿总有效率为95.7%，明显高于对照组的89.1%，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。观察组患儿症状缓解时间明显短于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。 结论 小儿热速清糖浆能够提高手足口病患儿的临床疗效，缩短患儿症状缓解时间，值得推广应用。

Effectiveness of Xiaoer Resuqing Syrup in treating children′s hand-foot-mouth disease

[Abstract] Objective To explore the effectiveness of Xiaoer Resuqing Syrup in the treatment of hand-foot-mouth disease in children. Methods A total of 184 children with hand-foot-mouth disease admitted to the Department of Pediatrics of our hospital from May 2019 to August 2020 were selected. According to the random number table method， the children were divided into the observation group and the control group， with 92 children in each group. The observation group was treated with conventional western medicine combined with Xiaoer Resuqing Syrup， the control group was treated with conventional western medicine. The symptom score， clinical efficacy and symptom relief time between the two groups were compared. Results After treatment， the symptom scores between the two groups were both lower than those before treatment（P<0.05）， and the symptom scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group， with statistical significance（P<0.05）. The total effective rate in the observation group was 95.7%， which was significantly higher than that of 89.1% in the control group，with statistical significance（P<0.05）. The time of symptom relief in the observation group was significantly shorter than that in the control group， with statistical significance（P<0.05）. Conclusion Xiaoer Resuqing Syrup can improve the clinical efficacy and shorten the remission time of symptoms of children with hand-foot-mouth disease，which is worthy of popularization and application.

手足口病是一種儿童常见疾病，多发于学龄前儿童，以发热、口腔黏膜疱疹、手足部位疱疹为主要临床表现，重者可累及心肺和脑组织，若不及时治疗可能对患儿的健康安全造成较大的威胁[1-2]。手足口病潜伏期为2～10 d，目前临床医学尚未研发出特效治疗药物。临床治疗方法以抗病毒药物为主，但临床用于治疗手足口病的抗病毒药物常引起患儿循环功能衰竭、肺水肿等循环系统和消化系统的副作用[3-4]。因此采取对症治疗的措施，总体效果不够理想。随着中医学在临床的推广应用，发现中医治疗手足口病具有较好的应用效果[5-6]。小儿热速清糖浆是一种中成药，具有清热解毒的功效，且味道符合儿童的喜好，因此能够提高患儿对药物治疗的依从性。本研究主要针对小儿热速清糖浆的疗效展开分析，现报道如下。
