摘要：插花艺术是我国传统文化的重要代表，有着丰富的文化内涵。插花艺术在色彩、构图、造型和意境等方面都体现了我国传统艺术的特点。在现代食品包装设计中，不仅要求包装设计能够直观生动的传达食品的信息，给消费者展示商品属性，还要通过丰富的文化内涵和艺术创意，给消费者带来强烈的视觉冲击，才能从商超货架上的同类产品竞争中脱颖而出。本文通过分析插花艺术的特点，并对插花艺术的文化内涵做了深刻解读，以期将插花艺术的创作理念和技法应用于现代食品包装设计，一方面能够弘扬我国传统插花艺术的内涵，一方面能够丰富现代食品包装设计理念。

Application and Research of Flower Arrangement Art in Food Packaging Design

Abstract： Flower arrangement art is an important representative of Chinese traditional culture， with rich cultural connotation. Flower arrangement art embodies the characteristics of Chinese traditional art in color， composition， modeling and artistic conception. In modern food packaging design， it is not only required that the packaging design can directly and vividly convey the food information and show the commodity attributes to consumers， but also bring strong visual impact to consumers through rich cultural connotation and artistic creativity， so as to make the similar products on supermarket shelves stand out in the competition. This paper analyzes the characteristics of flower arrangement art， and makes a profound interpretation of the cultural connotation of flower arrangement art， in order to apply the creative ideas and techniques of flower arrangement art to modern food packaging design， on the one hand， it can carry forward the connotation of Chinese traditional flower arrangement art， on the other hand， it can enrich the modern food packaging design concept.

1 插花藝术特点

中国传统插花艺术与传统书法和绘画等艺术息息相关，古代插花者大多为文人墨客，流传至今的插花作品都以绘画的形式存在。中国传统插花艺术是在书法、绘画和诗词的创作基础上发展起来的，把诗词歌赋的韵律感融入到插花艺术中，并追求诗情画意般的艺术境界。花的线条与书法和绘画中线条的艺术表现手法一样，追求花的姿态和意韵，注重花的线条表现和应用。例如：纤细的柳枝常用来表现阴柔之美，苍劲的松枝常用来表现阳刚之美。用花代替语言与欣赏者的思想感情沟通，以含蓄的艺术表现手法，产生一种既在形式上趋于统一又远远超乎于形式的艺术审美，引人入胜[1]。……
