摘 要： 本研究针对垣曲县核桃产业经营模式以青果销售为主的现状，以垣曲主栽核桃品种“中林1号”“礼品2号”“香玲”“清香”为研究对象，通过对不同品种果实发育生长测定，其发育期观察，以及市场需求综合分析得出“礼品2号”核桃果型最大，成熟最早为垣曲县最适主栽品种，“清香”“香玲”可作为辅助品种，“中林1号”不宜在县域大面积发展，可为垣曲县核桃产业的品种化发展提供依据。

Study on Main Cultivars and Industrial Adaptability of Juglans regia in Yuanqu

Abstract： According to the current situation of Juglans regia industry is dominated by the saling of green fruits in Yuanqu County，the main Juglans regia cultivars “Zhonglin 1”“Lipin 2”“Xiangling “and “Qingxiang” were selected as the research objects.Through the measurement of fruit growth and development of different cultivars，investigation of development period，and comprehensive analysis of market demand，it was concluded that “Lipin 2” is the most suitable cultivar for planting in Yuanqu County because of its largest fruit size and the earliest ripenes.“Qingxiang” and “Xiangling” could be used as the auxiliary cultivars，“Zhonglin 1” was not suitable for large-scale development in the county，the results can provide basis for the cultivar development of Juglans regia industry in Yuanqu County.

1 引言

垣曲縣位于山西省南部，运城市东端，南部与河南省相连，幅员面积1 620 km2，年平均温度13.5 ℃，年均降水量631 mm，无霜期230 d。2010年以来全县围绕山西省委省政府提出的“一县一业”“一村一品”现代农业发展要求，确立了以核桃经济林产业为特色的县域发展策略。2020年全县共栽植核桃经济林2万hm2，1.67万hm2进入结果期，年产核桃坚果1.25万t。近年来随着中国核桃产业的不断发展，县域核桃产业中品种杂乱与市场品种话需求的矛盾凸显出来，由于县域核桃销售主要以青果销售为主，市场对核桃青果品种及品质的要求不断提高，主要表现为杂果青果价格低，品种间价格差大，核农收益下降严重，阻碍了县域核桃产业的健康发展[1，2]。

本文以垣曲县4个主栽品种“中林1号”“礼品2号”“香玲”“清香”为研究对象，分别从果实发育期，果实青果三径发育，果仁初脂肪含量变化，青果单果重发育变化，坚果经济性状等几个方面进行综合比较分析其与垣曲核桃产业适应性。……
