摘 要： 為了科学合理的保护鄂西南3个国家级自然保护区的生物多样性，结合实地调查与文献资料分析，参照《区域生物多样性评价标准》评价方法，评价了3个国家级自然保护区的生物多样性状况。结果表明：①星斗山自然保护区生物多样性指数为42.87，七姊妹山自然保护区为44.25，木林子自然保护区为49.17，生物多样性状况等级都为“中”;②木林子保护区相比较与星斗山保护区和七姊妹山保护区拥有更多生态系统类型，生物多样性也更为丰富;③3个自然保护区内共有受威胁物种415种，其中植物231种，动物184种，种类繁多，需要进一步保护。

Abstract： In order to more rationally and scientifically protect the biodiversity of the three national nature reserves in southwestern Hubei，this article combines field investigations and document analysis，and refers to the evaluation methods of the “Regional Biodiversity Evaluation Standards” to evaluate three The status of biodiversity in national nature reserves. The results showed that：①Xingdou Mountain Nature Reserves biodiversity index was 42.87，Qizimei Mountain Nature Reserve was 44.25，Mulinzi Nature Reserve was 49.17，and the biodiversity status was “medium”;②Mulinzi Compared with Xingdoushan Nature Reserve and Qizimei Mountain Nature Reserve，Mulinzi Nature Reserve has more ecosystem types and richer biodiversity;③There are 415 threatened species in 3 nature reserves，including 231 plants. Species，184 species of animals，a wide variety of species，need further protection.

生物多样性是指生物种类、种内遗传与它们生存环境构成的生态系统的总称[1]。随着时代发展和人类影响，生物多样性受到严峻威胁，生物多样性的保护已成为全球性的环境问题，受到国际社会的普遍关注[2]。中国生物多样性面临着严重威胁，而保护区又是维持物种生存、维系生物资源持续利用的重要手段[3]。进行生物多样性评价对于摸清生物多样性现状、空间分布格局及其变化趋势有着重要意义，是对生物多样性进行保护与管理的基础[4]。本文以湖北省鄂西南的3个国家级自然保护区（星斗山自然保护区、七姊妹山自然保护区和木林子自然保护区）为评价单元，依据国家环境部发布的国家环境保护行业标准[5]，展开生物多样性评价，为保护区生物多样性保护的重点和方向提供参考依据。……
