【摘    要】伴随着时代的发展，人们的思想意识水平逐渐提高，对教育的重视程度也在逐渐提高。教育领域不断进行改革，越来越多人认识到教学不仅需要传授传统的学科知识，德育工作同样重要。因此，幼儿教师需要对此引起重视，深化德育工作的实施强度，意识到在幼儿园阶段开展德育工作是一段艰难但是重要的过程，能够对幼儿产生深远影响。本文通过对幼儿园立德树人教学的实施策略进行分析，根据其中存在的问题提出一些建议，以此促进德育工作的顺利开展，在传授幼儿学科知识的同时加强素质教育，迎合时代的发展潮流。

A Brief Discussion on the Implementation Strategy of Moral Education in Kindergarten

【Abstract】With the development of the times， people's ideological level has gradually improved， and the degree of emphasis on education has also gradually increased. The education field is constantly undergoing reforms， and more and more people realize that teaching not only needs to impart traditional subject knowledge， but moral education is also important. Therefore， kindergarten teachers need to pay attention to this， deepen the implementation intensity of moral education work， and realize that carrying out moral education work in the kindergarten stage is a difficult but important process， which can have a profound impact on children. This article analyzes the implementation strategies of moral education teaching in kindergartens， and puts forward some suggestions based on the existing problems， so as to promote the smooth development of moral education work， strengthen quality education while imparting knowledge of children's subjects， and cater to the development trend of the times.

现阶段，我国重视教育改革并加强教学创新，已取得了较为显著的效果。德育工作是一项十分重要的工作，幼儿教师开展德育工作，能够培养幼儿正确的三观。目前，立德树人理念在教育改革中起着十分重要的作用，在这一背景下，人们逐渐认识到德育工作需要从小做起，幼儿教师应当对幼儿道德素质的发展进行重点关注。

一、关于落实立德树人理念的重要性

（一）引领教学领域发展

立德樹人是十分重要的教学理念，是人们根据时代的发展潮流以及世界变革的趋势提出的根本性要求。这一教育目标的提出，为幼儿园的教学发展指明了方向，并且影响着教育实践领域的发展，在我国现阶段的研究以及实践中起着全局性的指导作用，对教育体系的思想以及方针具有较强的适应性。……
