摘 要：本项目运用BIM技术，通过几个不同类型BIM工具软件建立项目模型，输出数据、模型、图纸、图片、漫游等信息，解决了项目的施工难点问题。利用BIM参数化建模技术，通过对异形曲面的设计逻辑进行分析，建立参数化模型，解决加工图的施工下料问题。利用BIM可视化技术，通过模型的建立和图片、漫游的输出，解决复杂节点施工的问题。利用BIM+360°全景技术，形成项目隐蔽工程验收影像资料。项目结合施工实际，对曲面的空间定位、曲面造型的“深化-加工-施工”、工程项目管理等提出了一套完整可行的管理方法。通過BIM技术在幕墙和装饰工程中的应用，总结了BIM技术在本项目各个专业的应用，为其他类似工程或工艺提供参考，为装饰BIM技术的普及应用起到一定的推动作用。

Abstract： This project used BIM technology to establish engineering project model through several different types of BIM tool software， and output data， models， drawings， pictures， roaming and other information， which had solved the construction difficulties of the project. It also used BIM parametric modeling technology to establish parametric model after conducting the design logic analysis of special-shaped curved surface， so as to solve the construction cutting stock problem. BIM visualization technology was also applied to solve the complex node construction problem through the establishment of model and the output of pictures and roaming. BIM+360° panoramic technology was used to form the acceptance image data of concealed works. Whats more， combined with the actual construction site， a set of complete and feasible management methods were summarized for the spatial positioning of curved surface， the "deepening-processing-constructing" of curved surface modeling， and the project management and so on. Through the application of BIM technology in curtain wall and decoration project， this paper summarized the application of BIM technology in various specialties of this project， which provided reference for other similar projects or process methods and played a certain role in promoting the practical application of BIM technology in decoration.

建筑信息模型（Building Information Modeling，BIM）技术是Autodesk公司在2002年率先提出的，已经在全球范围内得到业界的广泛认可。BIM的核心是通过建立虚拟的建筑工程三维模型，利用数字化技术，为这个模型提供完整的、与实际情况一致的建筑工程信息库。本文主要分析BIM技术在建业郑风新韵酒店幕墙和装饰工程中的应用。

1 项目概况

建业郑风新韵酒店工程位于新郑市机场西南10 km处，建筑面积约5 110 m2，地上三层，建筑总高度为18.181 m，结构形式为钢框架，屋面为钢管飘架，整体造型为环形，设计美观。该项目幕墙由陶土砖外饰面幕墙系统、弧形玻璃幕墙系统、金属屋面幕墙系统组成，装饰装修工程有较多非线性曲面造型。……
