【摘 要】目的：分析吴斌主任中医师治疗干燥综合征的辨证思路与用药规律。方法：收集吴斌主任中医师2012年7月至2019年7月于重庆市中医院门诊治疗干燥综合征的医案，采用IBM SPSS Modeler 18.0统计软件对纳入数据进行频数分析、分层聚类分析、三项关联规则分析，总结处方用药规律。结果：纳入医案共涉及处方901首，药物176味，使用频率 > 30%的药物17味，有知母、北沙参、芦根、菊花、夏枯草、石膏等。高频药物四气五味以寒性、甘味居首位，归经频率 > 30%的有肺、胃、肝、脾经。高频药物聚类分析主要分为两大类。结论：吴斌主任中医师治疗干燥综合征的药物以清肝泻胃为主，益气生津为辅。

On WU Bin's Medication Rules in the Treatment of Sj?gren's Syndrome

【ABSTRACT】Objective：To analyze WU Bin's dialectical thought and medication rule in treating Sj?gren's syndrome.Methods：The medical cases of Sj?gren's syndrome by director WU Bin from July 2012 to July 2019 were collected from Chongqing Hospital of Chinese Medicine.IBM SPSS Modeler 18.0 was used to make frequency analysis，hierarchical cluster analysis and three related rules analysis to summarize the medication rules.Results：Nine hundred and one cases were included.There were 176 drugs，the frequency of 17 drugs of which was more than 30%，including Zhimu（Rhizoma Anemarrhenae），Beishashen（Radix Glehniae），Lugen（Rhizoma Phragmitis），Juhua（Flos Chrysanthemi），Xiakucao（Spica Prunellae），and Shigao（Gypsum Fibrosum）.The top-ranking drugs with high frequency are mainly of cold and sweet.The frequency of channel entry of the lung，stomach，liver and spleen channels was more than 30%.High frequency drug cluster analysis is divided into two main categories.Conclusion：Drugs used in WU Bin's medication are mainly those of clearing liver and descending stomach qi，and supplementing qi and promoting fluid production.

干燥綜合征（Sj?gren's syndrome，SS）是一种全身性自身免疫性疾病，以淋巴细胞浸润外分泌腺为特征，属中医学“燥痹”范畴。SS以侵犯泪腺、唾液腺为主，临床以口干、眼干为主要症状，还可伴有腺体外表现，如关节炎、肌痛、皮疹、猖獗龋齿等症状[1-2]。本病多发于40～60岁女性，在我国发病率约为0.77%，男女之比约为1∶9[3]。目前，中医药治疗SS疗效明显[4-6]。吴斌主任中医师是重庆市中医院院级名中医，从事中医药防治风湿病研究工作多年，临床经验丰富，临证运用中药治疗SS疗效显著。本研究以数据挖掘方法对吴斌主任中医师治疗SS的用药规律进行系统分析，旨在促进中医药治疗燥痹的传承与创新。

1 资料与方法

1.1 资料来源 收集吴斌主任中医师2012年7月至2019年7月于重庆市中医院风湿病科门诊治疗原发性SS医嘱1287例次，西医诊断符合2002年SS国际分类标准，中医诊断符合2013年《实用中医风湿病学》第2版“燥痹”诊断要点。共涉……
