【摘 要】 目的：建立石淋通颗粒HPLC指纹图谱 并进行分析。方法：Agilent zorbax SB-C18色谱柱（250 mm×4.6 mm 5 μm）;乙腈-0.4%磷酸水为流动相进行等度洗脱;检测波长335 nm;柱温30 ℃。测定20批石淋通颗粒的指纹图谱 运用相似度评价系统、SPSS 22.0软件进行分析。结果：构建了由10个共有峰组成的石淋通颗粒HPLC指纹图谱 指认了夏佛塔苷、异夏佛塔苷、新西兰牡荆苷2三成分 20批次石淋通颗粒的指纹图谱与对照指纹图谱的相似度均在0.990以上。 结论：所建立的指纹图谱专属性强 重现性好 能够为该制剂的质量评价提供依据。

Abstract：Objective The HPLC fingerprint of Shilongtong granules was established and analyzed. Methods Agilent zorbax SB-C18 column （250 mm×4.6 mm， 5 μm）; Acetonitrile-0.4% phosphoric acid water was eluted equally in mobile phase; Detection wavelength： 335nm; Column temperature： 30 ℃. The fingerprints of 20 batches of Shilintong granules were measured and analyzed by using the similarity evaluation system and SPSS 22.0 software. Results The HPLC fingerprint of Shilintong granules composed of 10 characteristic peaks was constructed， and the three components of Xiafutarin， Isafutarin and New Zealand vitex 2 were identified， The similarity between fingerprints of 20 batches of Shilongtong granules and control fingerprints was above 0.990. Conclusion The established fingerprint has strong specificity and good reproducibility， which can provide the basis for the quality evaluation of this preparation.

石淋通颗粒为广金钱草经提取加工制成 具有清湿热、利尿、排石的作用 用于尿路结石、肾盂肾炎、胆囊炎[1]。现行标准为《卫生部药品标准》中药成方制剂第八册及国家药品标准WS3-B-1520-93-1、WS3-B-1520-93-2 、WS3-B-1520-93-3、WS-11044（ZD-1044）-2002-2011Z、国家药品标准修订批件2000ZFB 0058所附石淋通颗粒质量标准等5个注册标准 检验项目较少 无法全面评价其质量。而有关文献仅对广金钱草进行夏佛塔苷、总黄酮的含量测定[2-3]。中药制剂的成分复杂 在质量控制中采用单一或几个成分难以控制其整体质量[4-6]。故本实验建立HPLC指纹图谱 并确定其中几个共有峰的成分 从整体上控制该制剂的整体质量。

1 仪器与试药

Waters e2695高效液相色谱仪;AE200 型电子分析天平（德国梅特勒公司）;KQ-300TZ型超声波清洗器（300W 30KHZ）;UV-TOC/UF型超纯水系统（赛默飞）。 石淋通颗粒来自20家不同医药公司生产的20批次样品 编号S1-S20 批号：171004、171003、170902、17070008、171002、17110032、1710006、1709009、170301、20170601、1710020、170502、171001、170902、20171110、667001、1709261、20170201、171201、170801）;广金钱草（批号：121248-201104） 、夏佛塔苷（批号：111912-201703）均购自中国食品药品检定研究院;新西兰牡荆苷2（批号：B21399）、异夏佛塔苷（批号：B21563）均购自上海源叶生物科技有限公司。……
