【摘 要】 为探寻中医古籍中的黄精组方及其药对配伍 以《中国方剂数据库》等为数据采集源收集黄精古方 分时期对与黄精配伍的中药进行频次分析 归纳常用药对。其中汉唐、宋金元和明清分别收录了黄精古方2、19和29首。方中与黄精相配伍的中药分别为5、61和127种 最早相配伍和频次位居前列的为补益药枸杞子、天冬等。历代黄精古方文献挖掘和配伍药物的频次统计 反映出黄精组方应用历史悠久 也为黄精临床应用和基础研究提供文献学依据。

Abstract：To explore the compatibility of Huangjing（Polygonati Rhizoma）and its herb pairs from ancient prescriptions. Ancient prescriptions containing Huangjing were collected from Chinese Formula Database， etc. Frequency analysis were applied to calculate the number of medicines compatible with Huangjing in different periods. Common herb pairs of Huangjing were summarized after the frequency analysis. Two prescriptions in Han and Tang Dynasties， nineteen prescriptions in Songjinyuan periods and twenty-nine prescriptions in Ming and Qing Dynasties were collected respectively. For the traditional Chinese medicines which were compatible with Huangjing were five in Han and Tang Dynasties， sixty-one in Songjinyuan periods and one hundred and twenty-seven in Ming and Qing Dynasties respectively. The earliest and most frequently compatible medicine was replenishing herbs， like Gouqizi （Lycii Fructus）， Tiandong （Asparagi Radix） etc..Through literature mining and frequency statistics， the compatibility of Huangjings herb pairs in ancient prescriptions was revealed， which provided a literature basis for the clinical application and further experimental research of Huangjing.

《中華人民共和国药典》（2020版）记载黄精来源于百合科植物黄精Polygonatum sibiricum Red. 滇黄精Polygonatum kingianum Coll. et Hemsl. 多花黄精Polygonatum cyrtonema Hua的干燥根茎[1]。黄精是我国重要药食两用资源 首载于汉末的《名医别录》。味甘 性平 归肺 脾 肾经 润肺补脾滋肾 益气养阴。常用于脾胃气虚、体倦乏力、胃阴不足、口干食少、肺虚燥咳、劳嗽咳血、精血不足、腰膝酸软、须发早白、内热消渴等症的治疗。

历代中医典籍重视利用黄精与相关药物配伍用于补益固精气 定心神 健脾胃 祛外邪 改善体倦乏力 心神不宁 饮食不佳 风湿痹症 久咳劳嗽 但目前尚无系统性地针对黄精配伍规律的研究。中药药对[2]是中医临床常用的相对固定的两药味的配伍组合 是中药配伍基本特征和形式。同时 药对是临床方剂有效性的关键 也有利于进一步加强对方剂以及方剂中药物组成进行剖析和理解。基于以上两点考虑 本文以历代中医方剂典籍为数据来源 运用频次分析 呈现黄精药对组方用药配伍规律 并对其药对的配伍规律进行归纳与分析 以期为黄精临床应用和相关实验提供线索和借鉴。……
