【摘  要】随着旅游业的迅速发展以及电子商务旅游的冲击，传统的跟团旅游方式已经难以满足旅游者的需求。为了给旅游者提供更具深度的文化观光旅游体验和个性化、专属化的高品质服务，私人定制旅游应运而生。然而，私人定制旅游通常流行于各个国家的高收入群体，对于大众来说，其不具有普遍性。因此，平民化私人定制旅游的提出与推广势在必行。论文对私人定制旅游的现状进行了分析，介绍了平民化私人定制旅游的发展历程，并就其优劣势、存在的问题与发展前景进行了重点研究。

【Abstract】With the rapid development of tourism industry and the impact of e-commerce tourism， the traditional mode of package tour has been difficult to meet the needs of tourists. In order to provide tourists with more in-depth cultural tourism experience and personalized and customized high-quality services， private customized tourism is generated by adapting to the opportunity. However， private customized tourism is mostly popular among high-income groups in various countries， and it is not universal for the public. Therefore， the proposal and promotion of civilian private customized tourism is imperative. This paper analyzes the current situation of private customized tourism， introduces the development process of civilian private customized tourism， and conducts key research on its advantages and disadvantages， existing problems and development prospect.

1 引言

近年来，随着我国综合国力的增强，人们的生活水平日益提高，人们越来越注重生活的质量，旅游业的发展水平也持续提升，此时，私人定制旅游由于能够满足不同年龄层次和不同目的的旅游者的需求，其受到的关注度与日俱增。

2 私人定制旅游的现状

2.1 国内外研究现状

美国学者阿温尔·托夫勒在1970年首次提出“定制化”这个概念，而后经过旅游行业学者的引用，形成了定制旅游的概念。美国旅游规划学者冈恩于1972年运用旅游管理理论在旅游功能规模的基础上，提出由旅游者亲身参与旅游产品的设计能够获得更优的效果，并且他于2002年又提出要重视旅游者的决策与观点。1990年国内定制化旅游出现萌芽，而定制游的正式研究开始于2000年。……
