【摘  要】近年来，基于高速铁路的快速发展和公路网建设的逐步推进，铁路货运在社会经济发展中发挥了重要作用。然而，由于现代物流管理理念在铁路货运中未得到普及，存在物流功能薄弱、体系建设和质量管理不足等诸多问题，直接影响铁路行业的发展。随着社会的不断进步，电商物流在铁路多式联运中得到相应实践，在铁路集装箱运输过程中，采用集装箱多式联运的方式可以提高物资运输的整体效率和安全性。基于此，论文简述了铁路货运管理存在的问题，分析了物流管理模式在铁路货运中应用的策略，探讨了电商物流在铁路多式联运中实践的价值，以供参考。

【Abstract】In recent years， based on the rapid development of high-speed railway and the gradual promotion of highway network construction， railway freight plays an important role in the process of social and economic development. However， because the modern logistics management concept has not been popularized in railway freight， there are many existing problems， such as weak logistics function， insufficient system construction and quality management， which directly affect the development of railway industry. With the continuous progress of society， e-commerce logistics has been put into practice in railway intermodal transportation. In the process of railway container transportation， the use of container intermodal transportation can improve the overall efficiency and safety of material transportation. Based on this， this paper briefly describes the problems existing in railway freight management， analyzes the application strategies of logistics management mode in railway freight， and discusses the practical value of e-commerce logistics in railway intermodal transportation， for reference.

1 引言

随着电子商务行业的蓬勃发展和利好政策的出台，电商物流业未来的高速发展是可以预见的。目前，我国在铁路多式联运工作中，与欧美发达国家相比，整体发展水平较低。当前，在国内外铁路货运竞争日益激烈的市场环境下，提高企业的核心竞争力成为国内铁路货运创新发展的关键。因此，研究铁路集装箱多式联运的发展规划，对于提高铁路运输的质量、促进我国的长期稳定发展具有重要意义。

2 铁路多式联运与电商物流概述

多式联运是一种高效的货运组织方式，与现代经济社会的生产生活模式紧密关联并高度匹配，代表着当今货物运输的发展方向。铁路运输具有能力高、成本低、能耗小、组织强等比较优势，是多式联运的骨干方式，也是集装箱多式联运发展的重要支撑。……
