【摘  要】在我国互联网平台逐步完善的趋势下，电商逐步成为一种关键性的销售方式，农村电商扶贫工作非常重要，主要体现在其是精准扶贫工作中的一个重要环节，做好农村电商扶贫工作，不仅能够构建完善的电子商务产业链，也能科学有效地转变农村经济发展模式，甚至在优化和调整产业结构等多个方面扮演重要角色。论文首先探讨了农村电商扶贫的概念和特征，就農村电商扶贫工作存在的问题进行了分析，最后提出了相关对策，以期为扩大电商扶贫对脱贫的持续性影响提供保障。

【Abstract】Under the trend of gradual improvement of China's internet platform， e-commerce has gradually become a key sales method. The rural e-commerce poverty alleviation work is very important， which is mainly reflected in that it is an important link in the targeted poverty alleviation work. Doing a good job in rural e-commerce poverty alleviation work can not only build a perfect e-commerce industry chain， but also scientifically and effectively change the rural economic development mode. It even plays an important role in optimizing and adjusting the industrial structure. Firstly， the paper discusses the concept and characteristics of rural e-commerce poverty alleviation， analyzes the problems existing in rural e-commerce poverty alleviation work， and finally puts forward relevant countermeasures， so as to provide guarantee for expanding the sustainable impact of e-commerce poverty alleviation on reducing poverty.

1 引言

在对农村产品销售状况进行细致分析之后，可知产生农产品滞销和运输问题的原因多种多样，不仅会影响销售对接工作的顺利开展，也会对农村扶贫和脱贫工作造成严重影响。为加快农村经济发展速度，非常关键的一项工作就是充分利用电子商务平台，不断拓宽农产品销售渠道，有效解决农产品销售难和销量低等问题。对于电商扶贫这项工作而言，其实际上是精准扶贫工作中的一个重要环节，在不断拓宽农村贫困地区特色农产品销售渠道的同时，有助于帮助农产品形成品牌效应。电商扶贫就是在社会上和网络上引起热烈的反响，使人们具备扶贫的心理，在网络上购买农产品。电商是目前一种具有创新性的销售模式，通过充分应用互联网对商品进行流通和买卖，在为人们增加更多创业机会的同时，也能将精准扶贫和脱贫等多项工作落到实处，从而达到提升农民经济收入的目的。……
