摘 要 高校辅导员进行贫困生家访工作是深入学生群体进行资助工作的重要方式和途径，本文着重从走访工作的细节出发，将走访工作的全过程进行梳理，分析了在贫困生家访活动中所需的准备工作和过程管理，提出利用家访成果进行精准施策观点，结合“三全育人”的理念，在思政教育工作中著力加强贫困生的脱贫意识，树立自立自强的人生观，坚守奋斗者的价值追求。

Mode Exploration of Home Visits by University Counselors to

Families of Needy Students

Abstract Home visits of needy students family by university counselors is an important approach to supporting work and further student groups for financial aid work. This paper focuses on the details of the visits， and analyzes the whole process of the visits. Putting forward the idea of using the results of home visits for precise policy implementation， and combining the concept of "three holistic education" to focus on strengthening the needy students' awareness of poverty alleviation in the ideological and political education work， helping them establish self-reliance and self-improvement outlook on life， to adhere to the value of the pursuit of strugglers.

脱贫，一直是党和国家最关注、最关心的民生问题之一，党的十八大以来，党中央把脱贫攻坚摆到更加突出的位置，打响脱贫攻坚战，全党全国上下同心、顽强奋战，取得了重大进展。[1]党的十九大报告指出，坚决打赢脱贫攻坚战，坚持精准扶贫、精准脱贫，注重扶贫同扶志、扶智相结合。[2]针对高校贫困生群体的资助工作，教育部等六部门出台了《关于做好家庭经济困难学生认定工作的指导意见》（以下简称指导意见），指导意见指出认定家庭经济困难学生是实现精准资助的前提，是做好学生资助工作的基础。做好家庭经济困难学生认定工作，是贯彻落实党中央、国务院决策部署，全面推进精准资助，确保资助政策有效落实的迫切需要。高校家庭经济困难学生的认定工作的环节可采取家访、个别访谈、大数据分析、信函索证、量化评估、民主评议等方式提高家庭经济困难学生认定精准度。其中，家访是一种较为客观也具有真实性的方式。……
