摘 要 互联网改变了新时代大学生的思想行为方式和认知行为习惯，而大数据技术的运用变革了高校辅导员思想政治工作的思路与方法。基于大数据的学生数据画像、动态监测、行为预测是辅导员 “精准思政”的重要内容，也是切实提高工作实效性、针对性的重要途径。为此，高校要做好顶层设计、搭建数据平台;不断增强数据意识，提高工作人员数据分析能力;引育并举，建设专业化人才队伍。

Abstract The Internet has changed the new era of college students' thinking behavior and cognitive behavior habits. And the application of big data technology has transformed the ideas and methods of college counselors' ideological and political work. Student data portraits， dynamic monitoring， and behavior prediction based on big data are important content for counselors to achieve "precise thinking and politics"， which can effectively improve student management's timeliness， effectiveness， and pertinence. To this end， colleges and universities should do a top-level design and build a data platform; Continue to cultivate data awareness and enhance the staff's data analysis capabilities; Educate simultaneously and build a professional talent team.

习近平总书记在全国高校思想政治工作会议上强调要将思想政治工作传统优势与信息技术高速融合，增强时代感和吸引力。[1]在互联网改变了大学生的思想行为方式和认知行为习惯的新时代，利用大数据技术变革高校辅导员思想政治工作的思路與方法，将“找瓶颈、补短板，精准对焦、协同发力”[2]的精准思维应用于思政工作，突破思想政治工作的“壁垒”和“孤岛”，聚焦热点、解决难点，实现“精准思政”，对提升思想政治工作的针对性和实效性具有十分重要的现实意义。

1大数据时代高校辅导员“精准思政”的必要性

高校辅导员作为开展大学生思想政治教育的骨干力量和高校学生日常思想政治教育和管理工作的组织者、实施者、指导者，在开展思政教育的过程中，只有运用大数据技术，获取分析挖掘学生数据，精准地了解学生的教育活动特点和多元丰富的需求，发掘学生成长、教书育人和思想政治工作的新规律，并预测学生发展趋势科学决策，才能实现精准服务、精准指导、精准帮扶，满足学生成长成才的需求和期盼。……
