摘  要：法治是现代文明的基石，学生是祖国的未来，应重视学生的法治意识。在现代化教育体制改革的背景下，思想政治在高中阶段中的地位不断提升，也是对学生进行法治意识培养最直接的途径。对学生进行法治意识教育，可以帮助学生形成正确的思维，也有利于社会的稳定。在思想政治课堂中，教师要加强对法治教育的重视，灵活开展教学活动。本文论述了培养学生法治意识的重要性以及高中思想政治教学中培养学生法治意识存在的问题和培养的路径。

The Cultivation Path of "Rule of Law Consciousness" in the Ideological and Political Teaching of Senior High School Students

【Abstract】The rule of law is the cornerstone of modern civilization. Students are the future of the motherland. We should pay attention to students' awareness of the rule of law. Under the background of the reform of modern education system，the status of ideology and politics in senior high school is constantly improving，which is also the most direct way to cultivate students' awareness of the rule of law. The education of students' awareness of the rule of law can help students form correct thinking and is also conducive to social stability. In the ideological and political classroom，teachers should pay more attention to the education of the rule of law and carry out teaching activities flexibly. This paper discusses the importance of cultivating students' awareness of the rule of law，as well as the problems and ways of cultivating students' awareness of the rule of law in senior high school ideological and political teaching.

高中階段的学生经过之前阶段的学习，大部分都形成了成熟的思维和认知方式，也具备了明辨是非的能力，因此，在这一阶段的教学过程中，教师主要以引导为主。传统的思想政治课堂中，教师以提高学生的考试成绩为目的开展教学。将教材中的知识给学生简单讲解之后，大部分时间都是让学生进行一遍遍的背诵记忆，学生对思想政治教材中的知识理解不够深刻，无法体会其中蕴含的现实意义。针对这种情况，高中思想政治教师要寻找合适的方法开展教学，将学生的注意力吸引到课堂中，有意识地给学生传授法治意识，帮助学生更好地成长。1.培养法治意识的重要性
