摘 要：为了加强施工管理，雄安净水厂工程综合运用视频监控系统、塔机安全自动化监控管理系统、扬尘噪声监测系统、劳务实名制系统、高支模监测系统、综合布线及无线AP系统、智能无线广播系统和全自动控制喷淋系统，搭建信息化管理平台。结合该案例，本文综合阐述信息化管理技术在建筑施工中的优势及意义，为信息化管理技术在建筑施工中的应用提供借鉴。

Application of Information Management Technology

in Building Construction

Abstract： In order to strengthen construction management， the Xiong'an Water Purification Plant project comprehensively used video monitoring system， tower crane safety automation monitoring and management system， dust and noise monitoring system， labor real-name system， high-support model monitoring system， integrated wiring and wireless AP system， intelligent wireless broadcasting system and automatic control spray system to build an information management platform. Combined with this case， this paper comprehensively expounded the advantages and significance of information management technology in building construction， and provided a reference for the application of information management technology in building construction.

建筑施工具有露天作业多，高空作业多，交叉作业多，施工周期长，劳动力、材料和机械设备流动频繁的复杂特点[1-2]。随着工程体量的不断加大，采用传统手段，已不能直观、精准、全面地对施工现场的可视化状态进行监管，人们迫切需要以先进的信息化手段为基础，建立科学有效的监管系统，实现对施工现场全方位、全过程的实时监管[3]。

雄安净水厂项目红线东西长为500 m，南北宽为300 m，占地面积约为150 000 m2，主要包括净水构筑物、净水回收及泥砂处理构筑物以及水厂内辅助工程建筑物。按施工组织设计总平面布置要求，其规划有施工区、办公区、生活区三个区域。

本文结合雄安净水厂项目如图1所示，搭建信息化管理平台，采用大数据云平台+物联网技术，提出基于施工过程全数据的智慧施工管理方案。平台将施工过程管理和施工现场监管相结合，解决了传统的智慧工地系统重监管轻流程、重硬件轻软件的问题，大大提升了施工管理的效率和信息化管控水平。……
