摘要：新工科背景下需要实践型、创新型人才，传统教学模式已经不适应新形势的要求，而全面的实验教学改革是一个系统工程，需要社会力量、学校、院系、师生等多方合力不断探索。分析了实验室建设、教师素质、教学理念、教学方法、学生认识等影响高校实验教学改革的因素，探讨了改革的方向，提出了以实验教学中心建设为依托，以双师型教师为引领，以卓越人才培养为核心，以工程认证为契机，全面促进实验教学改革，以期为新工科背景下高校实验教学改革及新型工程人才培养模式的建立提供新思路。

AbstractUnderthebackgroundofnewengineering，practicalandinnovativetalentsareneeded，butthetraditionalteachingmodehasnotadaptedtotherequirementsofthenewsituation.Thecomprehensiveexperimentalteachingreformisasystematicproject，whichrequiresthejointeffortsofsocialforces，schools，departments，teachersandstudents，andsoon.Thispaperanalyzedthefactorsthataffectedthereformofexperimentalteachingincollegesanduniversities，suchaslaboratoryconstruction，teachersquality，teachingmethodsofteachingideaandstudentsunderstanding，discussedthedirectionofreform，putforwardthatweshouldtake“theconstructionofexperimentalteachingcenterasthesupport，thedouble-qualifiedteachersastheguide，thecultivationofoutstandingtalentsasthecore，theengineeringcertificationastheopportunity”topromotethereformofexperimentalteachingincollegesanduniversities，soastoprovidenewideasfortheexperimentalteachingreformincollegesanduniversitiesandtheestablishmentofnewengineeringtalentscultivationmodelunderthebackgroundofnewengineering.

新工科的建設是以新经济、新产业为背景，一方面设置和发展一批新兴工科专业，另一方面推动了现有工科专业的改革创新[1]。新工科建设是适应新工业革命发展及新技术、新产业、新业态和新模式为特征的新经济增长的必然要求[2-3]，是深入实施国家一系列重大战略、提升国际竞争力和国家硬实力的必然选择[4]。“新工科人才”是具有更强的实践能力、创新能力[5]和国际竞争力，能够终身学习发展，适应时代要求，满足未来新兴产业和新经济需要的高素质、复合型人才[6]。新工科建设为高校带来新机遇的同时也带来了新挑战，若不进行改革则难以适应新形势甚至难以生存。实验教学是培养工程人才尤其是大学生实践能力的必要环节，也是高校新工科建设的重要部分。……
