【摘  要】大学科技园依托高校科教资源服务地方经济发展，肩负社会责任和使命担当，如何更好地履职和践行使命是当前大学科技园建设和发展关注的焦点。论文结合华中师范大学科技园的有关情况，阐述了大学科技园的社会责任与使命，重点探讨了大学科技园的社会责任及使命的实现机制。

【Abstract】University science and technology park relies on university science and education resources to serve the local economic development， shoulders social responsibility and mission commitment， how to better perform and practice the mission is the focus of attention when constructing and developing university science and technology park. Combined with the relevant situation of science and technology park of Central China Normal University， the paper elaborates the social responsibility and mission of university science and technology park， and mainly discusses the realization mechanism of social responsibility and mission of university science and technology park.

1 大学科技园的社会责任及使命

1.1 大学科技园的社会责任

从大学科技园的社会责任上看，主要有两大社会责任：一是适应社会需求，促进融通创新的责任。大学科技园是为社会服务的重要平台，作为社会领域的组成部分，应以社会的发展、国家的强盛为己任，引导和支持整个国家创新发展。二是培养高级人才，为社会服务的责任。大学科技园是中国特色高等教育体系的组成部分，在培养人才方面的责任巨大，随着社会对创新人才的需求量与日俱增，大学科技园与时俱进为现代社会发展提供智力支持，成为推动社会发展的一种力量，对构建和谐社会大有裨益。

1.2 大学科技园的使命

从大学科技园的使命上看，主要有四大使命：一是创业教育使命。大学科技园在创业教育方面有着天然的优势作用，创业课程（案例）、创业实习、创业导师、创业人才培养，皆是大学科技园应尽的责任。二是产学结合使命。大学科技园走在创新发展的前列，肩负产学研紧密结合的新使命，通过自主创新开展科学前沿研究，搭建“政产学研金结合平台”，技术转移转化发展链条，整合资源服务科技新常态。……
