【摘  要】在我国5G信息技术飞速发展的时代背景下，新媒体、新技术已经融入企业工作当中，为了使企业思政工作更具有时代感与吸引力，有必要使企业思政工作与现代化信息技术深度融合，从而达到增强企业工作有效性、提升思政课程时效性的目的。论文立足于企业信息化战略目标，探究了新媒体对企业思政工作的影响与对应改革策略。

【Abstract】Under the historical background of the rapid development of 5G information technology in China， new media and new technology have been integrated into enterprises' work. In order to make the ideological and political work in enterprises more contemporary and attractive， it is necessary to deeply integrate the ideological and political work in enterprises with modern information technology， so as to achieve the purpose of enhancing the effectiveness of enterprises' work and improving the timeliness of ideological and political courses. Based on the strategic goal of informatization in enterprises， the paper explores the influence of new media on the ideological and political work in enterprises and corresponding reform strategies.

1 引言

数字技术的创新发展促使新媒体对企业产生了极大影响，一方面是基于新媒体传播方式的远程企业，使企业管理方式、思政教育手段和媒介出现了较大程度的改变;另一方面是基于企业员工需求的泛在企业，新媒体能为社会各领域群体提供丰富的学习资源，使得企业员工的学习观发生相应转变。在企业信息化战略目标下，将新媒体引入企业思政工作已经成为企业体制改革趋势，基于“立德树人”的企业思政工作目标，应探索在新媒体环境中如何构建具备时代气息的思政平台，由此来促使员工正确辨别新媒体中传播的复杂信息，并使之在思政学习中不断提升理解能力、选择能力与辩证能力，进而形成正确的情感态度与人生价值观。

2 新媒体对思政工作的积极促进作用

2.1 新媒体的开放性，提供了更多的思政平台

新媒体具有良好的开放性和共享性，体现在数字技术、传播介质、资源内容等各方面，利用新媒体进行企业思政工作，可以使员工在开放共享的网络环境中获取自己需求的学习资源。……
