【摘  要】医院的服务水平和质量影响着人民群众对医院的满意程度，从而影响我国医疗体制改革的推进和发展。青年职工是医院的中坚力量，作为新时期的青年，其思想价值观念具有主体性、多样性、兼容性、波动性等特点。如何针对青年职工开展有效的思想政治工作是医院领导层需要重点考虑的问题。因此，论文在阐述青年职工价值取向新特点的基础上，指出其身心存在的不足，并提出医院优化思想政治工作的对策和方法。

【Abstract】The service level and quality of the hospitals affect the masses' satisfaction with the hospitals， thus affecting the promotion and development of China's medical system reform. Young workers are the backbone of the hospitals， and as young people in the new era， their ideological values are characterized by subjectivity， diversity， compatibility， volatility and so on. How to carry out effective ideological and political work for young workers is a problem that hospital leadership needs to focus on and consider. Therefore， on the basis of expounding the new characteristics of young workers' value orientation， the paper points out the shortcomings of their physical and mental existence and proposes countermeasures and methods for optimizing ideological and political work in hospitals.

1 引言

随着物质条件的飞升，人们的思想观念从单一走向多元化思维，普遍对自我价值的实现存在较高要求，更多地要求独立性、自主性、创造性和参与管理。当下我国已进入“以人为本”的执政环境，为了促进社会的稳定和发展必须尊重每个人的独立性。尤其是青年群体，其思想价值观念受到新媒体时代影响，更具有多样化和独立性特征。因此，医院管理者应转变管理理念，注重对青年职工的思想政治培养，提高其政治意识和职业认同感。

2 医院青年职工价值取向的新特点

2.1 以自我成才为中心

在物质生活较为富裕的情况下，青年人更追求精神上的提升和满足。医院青年职工的价值取向逐渐朝着以自我成才为中心转变，更加注重自身学历和阅历的提升。例如，现在很多医院的青年职工选择出国进修或者在国内读硕、读博进行深造，也有很多青年医生争做科室的主导。……
