摘要：在我国的房屋建设工程项目中，建筑质量方面可以得到很好的保证。现阶段来看，管理工作方面则还有很大的进步空间，管理工作的重中之重就是要加强安全监管的力度。本文从房屋建筑施工过程中存在的安全问题出发，探讨了引发施工安全问题的因素，并提出了安全监督管理的有效对策。长远来看，施工安全管理工作的进步与提高对我国建筑工程的发展有重大的实际意义。

Research on the Effective Countermeasures of the Current Situation of Safety Supervision and Management of Building Construction

Abstract： In our country's housing construction projects， the construction quality can be guaranteed very well. At this stage， there is still a lot of room for improvement in management work. The top priority of management work is to strengthen the intensity of safety supervision. This article starts from the safety problems existing in the process of building construction， discusses the causes of construction safety problems， and puts forward effective countermeasures for safety supervision and management. In the long run， the progress and improvement of construction safety management has great practical significance for the development of construction projects in my country.

1  房屋建筑工程的施工现场的现状

近年来，我国在房屋建筑工程项目中的安全管理及监督措施方式方法方面已有了很大的提升，与过去旧的施工方式相比取得了巨大的进步，施工过程中的安全伤亡事件已逐步减少。但是在房屋建筑的施工现场仍会发生不少安全事故，如脚手架倒塌导致的人员伤亡事故、施工现场的高空坠物带来的安全问题、施工过程中大型机械操作不当引发的事故，以及高空作业时防护措施不到位引发的坠落事故等。这些安全隐患虽然得到了一定程度的改善，但是也由此让人们认识到了在房屋建筑施工安全管理技术和监管的方式方法上依然存在许多问题，许多地方仍然较为落后，亟待解决。由于安全事故一旦出现，其后果是无法逆转的，施工人员的生命和财产将会受到极大的威胁，因此在房屋建筑施工过程中，必须加强安全监督管理工作，这样一来，我国的房屋建筑工程才能够更好地保障建筑劳动人员的人身安全，才能适应未来房建工程的发展趋势[1]。……
