【摘要】 目的：探究糖尿病患者應用黄连解毒汤治疗的有效性及对患者临床症状改善与中医症候积分的影响。方法：选取2018年9月-2020年2月本院收治的糖尿病患者50例，按照随机数字表法将其分为对照组和研究组，每组25例。对照组进行常规的二甲双胍治疗，研究组在对照组基础上进行黄连解毒汤治疗。观察对比患者的治疗效果、中医症候积分以及多种血糖指标变化情况、临床症状发生情况。结果：研究组的临床治疗效果高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。治疗后，研究组的中医症候积分低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。治疗后，研究组的空腹血糖、糖化血红蛋白以及胰岛素等血糖指标水平均优于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P<0.05）。研究组的各项临床症状发生率均低于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论：将中药黄连解毒汤应用于糖尿病患者的临床治疗中能够有效降低临床中医症候积分，同时有效减少患者临床症状的发生，其得到极大的改善，同时有效控制患者机体内的血糖水平，具有极为理想的临床治疗效果，值得推广应用。

[Abstract] Objective： To explore the effectiveness of Huanglian Jiedu Decoction in the treatment of diabetic patients and its effect on the improvement of clinical symptoms and TCM syndrome scores. Method： A total of 50 with diabetes admitted to our hospital from September 2018 to February 2020 were selected， they were divided into control group and research group according to random number table method， 25 cases in each group. The control group received conventional Metformin treatment， the research group received Huanglian Jiedu Decoction treatment on the basis of the control group. The therapeutic effect， TCM symptom score， changes of various blood glucose indexes and clinical symptoms were observed and compared. Result： The clinical therapeutic effect of the study group was higher than that of the control group， the difference was statistically significant （P<0.05）. After treatment， the scores of TCM symptoms in the study group wsa lower than that in the control group， the difference was statistically significant （P<0.05）. After treatment， the levels of fasting blood glucose， glycated hemoglobin and insulin in the study group were better than those in the control group， the differences were statistical significance （P<0.05）. The incidence of all clinical symptoms in the study group were lower than those in the control group， the differences were statistically significant （P<0.05）. Conclusion： Chinese medicine Huanglian Jiedu Decoction was applied to the clinical treatment of diabetic patients can effectively reduce the clinical symptoms of TCM integral， at the same time， effectively reduce the occurrence of patients clinical symptoms， it is greatly improved， and the blood sugar level in the patients with effective control of the body at the same time， has the extremely ideal clinical treatment effect and is worthy of popularization and application.

糖尿病在临床上属于一种慢性疾病，其在临床上比较普遍，具有极高的发病率，同时患者数量逐年不断增加，其成为现阶段社会公众比较关注的健康问题[1]。临床实践证明，如未及时对糖尿病患者进行有效的治疗，患者机体长时间处于高血糖状态，极易产生多种严重并发症，对患者身体健康有着极大的威胁[2]。传统临床治疗糖尿病主要应用二甲双胍，其具有见效快且效果明显等优点，但长时间服用极易出现产生乳酸酸中毒情况。而患者停止服药后，血糖水平极易发生波动[3]。所以，现阶段临床治疗中逐渐使用中医的黄连解毒汤治疗糖尿病，其具有比较理想的治疗效果[4-5]。本文研究分析了糖尿病患者应用黄连解毒汤治疗的有效性及对患者临床症状改善与中医症候积分的影响，现报道如下。
