【摘  要】随着高职扩招，高职毕业生人数越来越多，他们为地区经济发展提供重要人才支撑。加强高职创新创业人才的培养，为地区经济发展提供人才资源，是高职院校的使命与责任。论文以南阳市为例，通过分析高职院校质量年报、整理电话访谈资料，梳理出高职院校创新创业人才培养的现状、影响因素，结合创新创业人才培养与地区经济发展的关系，有针对性地提出高职院校创新创业人才培养对策，以期促进地区经济发展。

【Abstract】With the expansion of enrollment scale of higher vocational colleges， the number of graduates from higher vocational colleges is increasing， and they provide important talent support for regional economic development. It is the mission and responsibility of higher vocational colleges to strengthen the training of innovative and entrepreneurial talents and provide talent resources for regional economic development. Taking Nanyang City as an example， the paper analyzes the quality annual reports of higher vocational colleges and organizes telephone interviews to sort out the status quo and influencing factors of the training of innovative and entrepreneurial talents in higher vocational colleges. Combining the relationship between the training of innovative and entrepreneurial talents and regional economic development， the paper purposefully puts forward countermeasures for the training of innovative and entrepreneurial talents in higher vocational colleges， with a view to promoting regional economic development.

1 引言

我国在经济转型发展、实施“中国制造2025”行动计划的进程中，需要大量创新型技术技能人才。随着国家高职扩招政策的出台，日益增加的高等职业院校毕业生数量逐渐成为了高等教育强国强省战略实施过程中至关重要的一股力量。经济建设和社会发展离不开人才，地区经济发展和产业建设的天花板关键取决于人才素质和技能水平。以南阳市为例，该市4所高职院校近两年的毕业生人数每年达到12000多人，占全市大学生毕业生人数的45%左右，高职院校毕业生在高校毕业生中的占比日益提高。良好的高职院校创新创业人才培养体系，是当前经济建设和社会发展的迫切需求，对推进地方经济和高职院校发展都有深远而重要的影响和意义。

2 高职院校创新创业人才培养在促进地区经济发展方面存在的问题
