【摘  要】随着国内科技的发展，尤其是近年来设备研发速度的加快与信息技术的突飞猛进，使国内高科技制造业的发展环境产生了巨大改变。竞争的日益加剧与客户的个性化需求，导致企业需要快速适应多品种小批量的客户需求。从企业管理的角度来看，没有一成不变的完美组织结构，只有与时俱进的组织结构才能满足时代的要求。生产组织既要做到对外部资源的整合，也要打通企业内部的运营流程。

【Abstract】With the development of domestic science and technology， especially in recent years， the acceleration of equipment research and development and the rapid advancement of information technology have brought about tremendous changes in the development environment of the domestic high-tech manufacturing industry. The gradual fierce competition and the individual needs of customers have caused enterprises to quickly adapt to the needs of customers with multiple varieties and small batches. From the perspective of enterprise management， there is no unchanging perfect organization structure， only an organization structure that keeps pace with the times can meet the requirements of the times. The production organization should not only achieve the integration of external resources， but also open up the internal operation process of the enterprise.

1 引言

JN公司作为省属国有企业，存在诸多管理方面的问题，如机构臃肿、中层组织僵化、反应缓慢、面对企业管理方面的问题视而不见、不承担责任、决策流程过长等，以上问题严重制约公司的健康发展和顺利生产。其原有的组织形式已经不利于企业的发展，企业的组织形式需要作出调整以适应新的环境。企业通过组织架构的改善，提高生产组织效率，对企业发展具有积极意义。本文通过研究公司组织结构改善带来的效果，阐述公司组织结构优化为企业的健康发展带来的积极效果，从而推动部分小型国有企业积极改革，以适应市场的变化。

2 JN公司生产组织中存在的问题

第一，公司的组织架构倾向于金字塔式的管理架构，即经营层领导各自管理下辖部门，生产车间、设备部门和生产保障部门归属不同的事业部经理分管，导致各个环节出现的问题不能得到统一协调处理。……
