【摘  要】在农产品价格保护制度背景下，不能完成产业融合会限制产业之间的关联效应发挥，导致农产品供需反馈机制瓦解，从而使农产品供需结构出现矛盾。因此，需要对产业融合发展、农产品供需结构以及农业供给侧改革核心进行研究。论文从产业融合发展的必要性、产业融合发展与农产品供需结构之间的形成机理出发进行分析，探讨在新形势下，产业融合发展与农业供给侧改革的选择策略，从而创新我国的农业经营体系，构建完善的农业社会化服务体系，推动我国农业供给侧结构性改革的进一步发展。

【Abstract】Under the background of the price protection system of agricultural products， failure to complete industrial integration will limit the play of the correlation effect between industries， resulting in the collapse of the feedback mechanism of supply and demand of agricultural products， thus causing the contradiction of supply and demand structure of agricultural products. Therefore， it is necessary to study the industrial integration development， supply and demand structure of agricultural products and the core of agricultural supply side reform. Based on the analysis of the necessity of the development of industrial integration and the forming mechanism between the development of industrial integration and the supply and demand structure of agricultural products， this paper discusses the selection strategies of the development of industrial integration and the supply side reform of agriculture under the new situation， so as to innovate China's agricultural management system， build a perfect agricultural socialized service system， and promote the further development of China's agricultural supply side structural reform.

1 引言

现阶段，在经济全球化背景下，提高农业的综合效益以及国际竞争力是农业供给侧结构性改革的重要内涵。农业供给侧结构性改革的主要目的是提高农民的收入，保障农产品能够有效供给。在这一过程中，需要尽可能提高农业供给质量，推动农业体制改革以及创新发展。而农村产业融合发展是推动农业供给侧结构性改革的重要内容。在产业融合发展过程中，可以充分发挥其关联效应，扩大波及效果，有利于降低农业经营成本，提高农业的综合竞争力，从而补足农业发展过程中的短板。这是农业供给侧结构性改革的基础性要求。在农业产业提质增效，促进农业供给侧结构性改革，要确保能够满足社会不断变化的农产品需求。……
