【摘  要】随着科技水平与经济水平的不断提升，核电企业朝着精益化的方向发展。核电企业的发展，能够满足日益增长的电力需求，能够增加国内的经济效益，能够提高人民的生活水平，能够提升国家的综合实力。面临现阶段社会的需求，核电企业传统的管理方式存在较多的漏洞，不利于社会整体的有效发展。为此，论文探究精益化管理的优势，分析核电企业的管理缺漏，以此提出核电企业成本精益化管理的措施。

【Abstract】With the continuous improvement of science and technology and economy， nuclear power enterprises are developing in the direction of lean development. The development of nuclear power enterprises can meet the growing demand for electricity， enhance domestic economic benefits， improve people's living standards and enhance the comprehensive strength of the country. Faced with the current social demand， there are many loopholes in the traditional management mode of nuclear power enterprises， which is not conducive to the effective development of the society as a whole. Therefore， this paper explores the advantages of lean management and analyzes the management shortcomings of nuclear power enterprises， so as to put forward the measures of cost lean management of nuclear power enterprises.

1 引言

近年来，国家针对电力市场改革颁布了相关的文件，其中明确指出了需要通过不断开展发电、售电等改革措施，引入新型市场的主题，推动电力市场现代化的发展，增强国内的经济效益。当下电网用电负荷增长较为缓慢，市场交易占比将进一步增高，核电企业的成本优化迫在眉睫。为此，可以利用精益化的方式管理核电企业，降低核电企业的成本，提升核电企业的输出率，促进核电企业的高效发展。

2 精益化管理的优势

精益管理是一种较为常见的企业管理方式，也是一种较为实用的管理方式，是精益生产的管理方式。精益化的管理能够提升企业员工生产的积极性，使员工在充满激情的环境中进行工作，提升工作的效率，保障企业的经济收益与可持续性发展。精益化管理的目的分为简单、快速、高效率、品质等多方面内容，其中每一项内容都需要企业领导人密切地关注与实现。……
