基于安全网关技术的医院网络安全设计研究

摘 要：医院通过使用网络信息技术之后，能够提高其服务效率和质量，但同时也会出现网络安全问题，导致患者私人信息泄露等问题。为了解决医院各种系统的安全保密问题，进行医院网络安全设计十分有必要。由于安全网关技术主要作用在于防止不安全因素侵入到医院网络中，具有比较好的应用性能和效果。于是文章基于安全网关技术对医院网络安全进行设计。首先对医院当前存在问题进行分析，然后针对问题提出相关解决方案，通过使用安全网关、隔离网闸和沙漏技术等方式对医院网络安全进行设计。相比于一般的医院信息系统，通过网络安全设计之后能够加强网络安全性，降低外网对医院网络的影响程度。

Research on Hospital Network Security Design Based on Security Gateway Technology

Abstract：Hospitals can improve the efficiency and quality of their services through the use of network information technology， but at the same time network security problems will also arise， leading to problems such as the leakage of patients private information. In order to solve the security and confidentiality problems of various hospital systems， it is necessary to carry out hospital network security design. Since the main function of the security gateway technology is to prevent insecure factors from invading the hospital network， it has relatively good application performance and effects. So the paper designs the hospital network security based on the security gateway technology. First， analyze the current problems in the hospital， and then propose related solutions to the problems， and design the hospital network security by using security gateways， isolation gatekeepers， and hourglass technology. CoMPared with the general hospital information system， the network security can be strengthened after the network security design， and the degree of influence of the external network on the hospital network can be reduced.

現代医疗条件在各种科学技术的不断进步之下变得更加先进，尤其是计算机技术和信息技术的迅猛发展，医院变得更加智能化、数字化，服务性能越来越优异和多样化，其中使用医院信息系统能够给医生和患者带来很多便利，随着医院信息系统的不断完善，当前很多医院已经建成比较完善的信息系统[1-2]。由于当前社会原因，医院信息系统不再是各自为政，只为自己服务，而是发展为需要其他网络进行直接或者间接的互联。原本医院信息系统只为医院自己进行服务，于是能够与外网进行隔离，也能够降低外网对医院网络安全的影响。……
