摘 要：在测绘信息数字化和信息化的背景下，与时俱进的科学信息管理系统可实现地理信息的系统管理和分析，提高测绘企业运营效率和管理水平。本文首先基于GIS对测绘信息管理系统功能的数据信息入库、数据操作管理、数据库管理、用户管理四个模块进行了科学的设计。然后通过分析数据库数据需求，建立了数据实体-联系模型，并针对主要用户、部门属性、项目属性、图纸属性、合同、财务报表六个部分的设计。最后通过系统实现构建了一套完整的数字化、信息化测绘信息管理系统。该设计系统能严格按照业务流程对信息进行处理，避免了人工参与管理过程中的失误，提高了工作效率。同时，该设计系统将所有流程都集中到一个系统中，实现了信息的共享，节约了管理成本。

Design of Surveying and Mapping Information Management System Based on GIS

Abstract：Under the background of digitization and informatization of Surveying and mapping information， the scientific information management system advancing with the times can realize the systematic management and analysis of geographic information， and improve the operational efficiency and management level of surveying and mapping enterprises. In this paper， firstly， based on GIS， the function of surveying and mapping information management system is designed， including data information storage， data operation management， database management and user management. Then through the analysis of database data requirements， the data entity relation model is established， and the design of six parts， including main user， department attribute， project attribute， drawing attribute， contract and financial statement. Finally， a complete set of digital and information surveying and mapping information management system is constructed through the system. The design system can process the information strictly according to the business process， avoid the mistakes in the process of manual participation management， and improve the work efficiency. At the same time， the design system integrates all the processes into one system， realizes the sharing of information and saves the management cost.

隨着测绘建设的信息化发展，测绘的数据信息也开始呈现几何级数增长，测绘信息管理系统面临着文件信息存储、数据文件编目，以及数据传输管理等3大问题。其中，如何实现测绘数据信息的有效保存和管理，是当前测绘信息管理系统的最大难题。此外，随着测绘项目地增多，项目的原始数据和成果数据等数据的存储也为数据信息的编目和管理带来了巨大的困难。最后，数据的传输管理同样给管理人员带来了极大的不便。以往的数据传输需要依靠管理人员进行网内共享，然后作业人员通过网络进行查看，从而使得数据的传输流程复杂，增加了管理人员和作业人员的工作量。……
