摘 要：传统的武术教育教学工作多在硬质地面上开展，武术运动中的跳、跃、摔等动作，较容易对练习者产生冲击进而引发运动损伤。文章以当前运动垫加工制备领域应用较为广泛的高强度XPE材料为例，对以该类型材料加工制备而成的武术地垫性能优势进行分析，总结了该类型武术地垫所应用材料的主要制备工艺，对影响武术地垫性能的主要因素进行总结，旨在为传统武术体育发展提供一种可借鉴的运动辅助、防护器材应用思路，进而更好地开展武术教育、教学工作。

Study on Properties and Influencing Factors of High Strength XPE Martial Arts Mat

Abstract：The traditional wushu education and teaching work is carried out on the hard ground. The jumps， eaping， falls and other movements in wushu are easy to iMPact the practitioners and then cause sports injuries. This article takes the high-strength XPE material that is widely used in the field of sports mat processing and preparation as an example， with this type of material preparation and processing of martial arts mat performance advantage analysis， summarizes the types of martial arts mat the main preparation technology of material application， the main factors of affecting the martial arts mat performance summarized， it aims to provide a reference to the application of sports aids and protective equipment for the development of traditional martial arts sports， so as to better carry out martial arts education and teaching.

0 引言

作為我国传统增强体质、培养意志、训练格斗技能的民族形式体育运动，武术在我国各阶段教育工作中的重要性越来越高。然而，随着武术教育教学工作的开展，部分高校缺乏专有的配套武术器材、武术设备等问题逐渐凸显。其中，缺乏专有的武术用地垫，成为影响高校顺利开展武术教育、保障练习者身体健康、提高武术教育效率的重大阻碍。XPE材料通常又被称为交联聚乙烯发泡材料[1-2]。作为聚乙烯材料的主要衍生品之一，高强度交联聚乙烯发泡材料是一种将聚乙烯与各种不同填料进行混合，再一定的环境下通过化学交联剂、发泡剂进行处理，最终获得的具有极其广泛用途的复合材料。本文根据我国北华航天工业学院研发的专利号为ZL 201220513698.3的武术套路练习所用的地垫[3]，对该地垫中使用的交联聚乙烯发泡材料性能及影响该材料的主要因素进行分析，旨在为武术运动领域体育设备、器材的发展以及更好地开展高校武术教育提供借鉴。……
