【摘要】如何在新建本科院校中建设与管理好食品专业实验室。本文以本校食品科学与工程专业的实验室为例，探讨了新建本科院校实验室的建设与管理。分别从本校食品专业实验教师队伍、实验室的硬件设施、实验室的仪器设备管理、实验室的安全管理以及实验室的规章制度建设等多个方面进行讨论，寻找适合新建本科院校食品专业实验室的合理建设与管理的思路。

【Abstract】How to construct and manage the laboratory of food specialty in newly⁃built college. Taking the laboratory of food science and engineering in the school as an example， this paper discusses the construction and management of laboratory in newly⁃built colleges. The discussion was carried out from various aspects， such as the laboratory teaching staff， the laboratory hardware， the equipment management， the safety management and the rules and regulations construction of the laboratory， in order to find a reasonable way to construct and manage the laboratory of food specialty in newly⁃built colleges.

本校食品与生物工程学院是2021年1月才成立的新学院，实验室建设等刚刚起步[1]。食品与科学工程专业实验室是食品专业实践教学、食品理化检测和食品感观评定的主要场所。但受某些因素影响，它不能充分发挥其功能和作用，目前在新建本科院校食品与科学工程专业实验室的建设和管理上仍存在一些急需解决的问题。如果这些问题无法得到及时解决，会阻碍新建本科院校未来学校的实验教学能力和水平的发展，特别是对食品与科学工程专业学生综合实践能力以及创新能力的发展的影响非常大。本文针对本院校食品专业的实验室建设与管理的几个主要问题进行讨论[2]，目的为其他同类新建本科院校食品专业实验室建设提供参考。

一、本院校食品与科学工程专业的实验室现状及存在问题
