【摘    要】随着全球经济的快速发展，英语在人们日常生活和事业中发挥着越来越重要的作用，英语学习已经成为实施现代化教育的一项关键内容。然而在现阶段的小学英语教学中，部分教师并没有意识到强化英语听说训练的重要性，这对培养学生语言能力核心素养产生了一定的阻碍。本文以此为出发点，提出强化学生英语听说训练，培养学生语言能力核心素养的策略。

【Abstract】With the rapid development of the global economy， English is playing an increasingly important role in people's daily life and career. English learning has become a key content of modern education. However， in the current stage of primary school English teaching， some teachers do not realize the importance of strengthening English listening and speaking training， which has produced certain obstacles to the cultivation of the core literacy of students' language ability. This article takes this as a starting point and proposes strategies to strengthen students' English listening and speaking training and cultivate students' core competence of language ability.

強化英语听说训练，培养学生语言能力核心素养的本质就在于提升学生自我的语言能力。语言能力的提升包含语言知识的运用、语言意识、语感、口语技能、交际策略等诸多内容。培养学生语言能力核心素养在于充分尊重语言运用的双向性，鼓励学生积极主动地开展交流沟通活动，在英语听说训练中形成良好的语言能力核心素养。

一、语言能力核心素养的含义

语言能力核心素养，指的是学生语言的自我发展、融入社会及其态度集合过程中的语言运用。特别是对于小学生而言，语言能力核心素养是为了让学生在未来的成长和学习中更高频率地运用语言，以此来促进学生的学习和发展。

二、在强化英语听说训练中培养学生语言能力核心素养

（一）改变既定的英语听说训练模式，因材施教

小学阶段的学生已经开始逐步产生了自己的思想，在英语听说训练中已经开始具有一定的自主学习意识，同时在英语听说训练中开始具有一定的知识储备。……
