【摘    要】核心素养是指，学生应具备的能适应终身发展和社会发展的必需品格和关键能力，具有很强的时代性和科学性。核心素养的提出为培养新一代学生能力提供了明确的目标，其中运算能力是数学学习中最基础的问题，是学生学会数学的基础。在数学教学活动中培养学生的运算能力，有利于提升学生的逻辑思维推理能力。初中学生正处于学习的黄金时期，作为教师要强化学生数学学科核心素养培养意识，不断地优化教学模式，努力寻求培养初中学生运算能力的有效途径。

【Abstract】Core literacy refers to the essential characters and key abilities that students should have that can adapt to life-long development and social development， and they have a strong contemporary and scientific nature. The proposal of core literacy provides a clear goal for cultivating the abilities of a new generation of students. Among them， arithmetic ability is the most basic problem in mathematics learning and the foundation for students to learn mathematics. Cultivating students' arithmetical abilities in mathematics teaching activities is conducive to improving students' logical thinking and reasoning ability. Junior high school students are in the golden age of learning. As teachers， they must strengthen their awareness of cultivating the core literacy of mathematics， continuously optimize the teaching mode， and strive to find effective ways to cultivate the computing ability of junior high school students.

现阶段很多初中学生的运算能力都很薄弱，有时很简单的运算题都会频频出错。很多学生并不理解一道题背后的算理，只是机械地套着公式，在不知道最终需要求什么的情况下盲目地进行推演计算。还有一些学生在运算的过程中，不能合理地选择运算途径，筛选变量，导致了运算准确率低，过程烦琐等情况。

一、核心素养与运算能力

（一）核心素养

中国学生发展核心素养以培养“全面发展的人”为核心，又设三个方面，分别是：文化基础、自主发展和社会参与，其综合表现为人文底蕴、健康生活、科学精神、学会学习、责任担当、实践创新。这六大素养又可以具体细化为国家认同等18个基本要点。各素养之间相互联系、互相补充、相互促进，在不同情境中整体发挥作用。

核心素养是连接宏观教育理念、培养目标与具体教育教学的中间环节，是具体化的党的教育方针。……
