摘 要：随着国家经济水平和科技水平不断的提升，纯电动汽车正在不断的成熟和发展，纯电动汽车维修故障诊断案例少之又少，本文主要介绍一辆比亚迪e5纯电动汽车按下启动按钮“无法上OK电（即高压电）”车辆无法行驶，并且仪表显示多个系统故障警告灯亮的故障诊断与排除;通过对故障现象进行分析、检测，找出故障原因并对其进行修复的过程。

Fault Diagnosis and Troubleshooting of Low Voltage Electronic Control System of BYD E5 Pure Electric Vehicle

Abstract：With the continuous improvement of the national economic and technological level， pure electric vehicles are constantly maturing and developing， and there are few cases of pure electric vehicle maintenance fault diagnosis. This article mainly introduces a BYD e5 pure electric vehicle. While pressing the start button "Cannot power on OK （ie high voltage）”， the vehicle cannot drive， and the instrument displays multiple system fault warning lights for fault diagnosis and troubleshooting; through the analysis and detection of the fault phenomenon， the cause of the fault is found and repaired.

1 故障现象

一辆2018年产比亚迪e5纯电动汽车，按下启动按钮上电，发现仪表“OK”灯不亮，无法上OK电车辆无法行驶;同时仪表显示“请检查动力系统、电子驻车系统、动力电池过热系统、充电系统”等多个故障警告灯亮。

2 故障原因

1、防盗系统故障：比如钥匙无电或非法、智能钥匙系统、电源开关或车身控制系统BCM有故障;

2、低压电池故障：低压电池内部包含电池管理器，其通过通讯口和整车模块交互信息;低压铁电池提供12V低压电路，为电动车管理器提供12V电源电压，假如低压铁电池损坏或电压过低，导致电动车管理器无法正常工作，从而导致车辆无法上电。

3、通讯故障：比如网关、网络节点或与上电有关的网络出现故障会导致模块控制系统无法正常工作;

4、模块电源故障：比如电池管理系统BMS、整车控制系统、车身控制系统BCM等控制系统电源出现故障;

5、高压故障：互锁断路、绝缘故障或维修开关等故障导致不能上电。

3 诊断与排除

在维修车辆前先做好前期准备工作：进入场地，拉起隔离带设置安全警告牌;检查灭火器是否正常。……
