摘 要：汽车涂装作为汽车生产四大工艺之一，它是汽车制造工艺中的一个重要环节，防锈、防蚀涂装质量是汽车产品质量的重要方面之一，同时涂装还具有装饰作用，使汽车具有光彩、光泽和平滑性。因此在汽车新产品研发过程中，需要对涂装新产品进行产品验证及工艺验证，确保过程输出能满足技术条件的要求。

Abstract：As one of the four major processes of automobile production， automobile coating is an important link in the automobile manufacturing process. The quality of anti-rust and anti-corrosion coating is one of the important aspects of automobile product quality. At the same time， coating also has a decorative effect. Cars have brilliance， luster and smoothness. Therefore， in the research and development process of new automotive products， it is necessary to carry out product verification and process verification for new coating products to ensure that the process output can meet the requirements of technical conditions.

1 前言

随着现代社会的发展，出行需求急剧增加，汽车走进家家户户。在市场竞争的加剧下，汽车企业需要不断研发新的产品来满足消费者的需求，以新产品来占领市场、巩固市场，不断提高企业的市场竞争力，而且产品本身的生命周期也要求企业在新产品的研发上加大投入与关注。每一种新产品的开发及验证都是一个严谨的过程，更不要说汽车这种动辄影响人们生命安全的工具，汽车不像一般的家庭工具，它的价格也决定了消费者会额外关注它的耐用性。

说到买车，大家第一反应无非是外观漂不漂亮、动力好不好、油耗怎么样、配置行不行等问题，只有比较懂行的人采取关注汽车的耐久、防腐蚀能力，每年的汽车投诉中有不少都是关于汽车生锈，之前也有著名的某车企生锈门事件，渐渐引起了大家对汽车防腐功能的关注。
