摘 要：所谓“技能人才”是指“在生产和服务等领域岗位一线，掌握专门知识和技术，具备一定的操作技能，并在工作实践中能够运用自己的技术和能力进行实际操作的人员”。培养技能人才需要课程内容与生产实际相结合，教学过程与生产过程对接。

Discussion about how to Realize the Connection between Teaching Process and Production Process

——Take the Course of "Automotive Engine Electronic Control System Overhaul" as an example

Abstract：The so-called "skilled talents" refer to "persons who are on the front line of positions in the production and service fields， have specialized knowledge and technology， have certain operational skills， and can use their own technology and abilities to carry out practical operations in work practice. Cultivating "skilled talents" need  the combination of the content of the course with the actual production， and the connection between teaching process and the production process.

“以服务为宗旨、以就业为导向，校企合作、工学结合、突出职业能力训练，培养面向生产、建设、服务和管理第一线需要的高技能人才”，是职业教育区别于普通教育的整体类型特征、也是我国职业教育未来发展的客观要求。为了解决职业教育存在的问题，鲁昕部长在中等职业教育创新改革大会上提出的5个对接的理念为我们指明了创新模式改革的方向，即：专业与产业、企业、岗位对接;专业课程内容与职业标准对接;教学过程与生产过程对接;学历证书与职业资格证书对接;职业教育与终身学习对接。中职院校汽车专业培养的是汽车维修高技能人才，要求学生既有一定的理论知识，又具备一定的操作技能，为贴近社会工作的需要，对汽车专业的教学进行了一体化改革，基于实际项目，分析典型工作任务，通过工作任务达到实现学习的目的，学生“学中做，做中学”从而实现技能和综合素质的提升。

为保障《汽车发动机电控系统检修》课程，教学过程与生产过程的对接，需要课程内容与生产实际相结合，就要选择以汽车发动机电控系统检修的真实工作任务为载体，开发新的课程章节内容。……
