摘 要：文章陈述了中国强制性产品认证及汽车的强制性认证过程，分析了在认证过程中试验环节所遇到的困难，阐述了用智能化工具实现报告参数智能对比的必要性和可行性，并对基于车型参数数据库的建立，描绘行业画像预期等应用前景进行了展望。

Abstract：This paper stated the China compulsory product certification and automobile compulsory certification process， analyzed the difficulties of test link in the process of certification. This paper expounds the intelligent tool to realize the necessity and feasibility of intelligent report parameter comparison. Based on the establishment of the model parameter database， and portraits depicting， the industry expected application foreground is prospected.

1 前言

汽車产品CCC认证及流程的介绍

中国强制性产品认证（英文名称为China Compulsory Certification），其英文缩写“CCC”，简称“3C”认证，是通过制定强制性产品认证的产品目录和实施强制性产品认证程序，对列入《目录》中的产品实施强制性的检测和审核。凡是列入强制性产品认证目录内的产品，没有获得制定认证机构的认证证书，没有按规定加施认证标志，一律不得进口、不得出厂销售和在经营服务场所使用。[1]3C认证是认证机构基于自身信誉对产品的安全、性能、健康、环保等方面进行背书，加上在国内开展认证活动受国家和地方市场监管部门的监管，所以认证活动对认证过程合规性、及时性、认证结果的正确性都有很高的要求。汽车作为用于直面国计民生、影响面广、受众大的产品，一直被纳入强制性产品认证列表中接受管理和监督。目前，认监委公布的承担汽车产品认证工作的认证机构共3家，分别为中国质量认证中心（CQC）、中汽认证中心（CCAP）、中汽研华诚认证（天津）有限公司（CAC）。
