摘要：信息化技术在中医药文化的传承和创新发展领域得到了广泛地应用，大数据时代为中医现代化发展带来了机遇。中医药信息学以对海量数据的收集、分析、处理、利用、决策支持与知识发现为研究方向，具有互联网思维、既懂中医又精通计算机技术的复合型人才成为中医药信息学发展壮大的迫切需求。

Discussion on Construction of TCM Informatics Discipline and Cultivation of Talents

Abstract： Information technology has been widely used in the inheritance and innovative development of TCM culture. The era of big data has brought opportunities for the modernization of TCM. TCM informatics takes the collection， analysis， processing， utilization， decision support and knowledge discovery of massive data as the research direction. Inter-disciplinary talents with Internet thinking， understanding of TCM and proficient in computer technology have become an urgent need for the development and growth of TCM informatics.

新時代背景下，中医药高等教育的改革发展面临着新的形式和更高的要求，在加快建设具有中国特色的世界一流中医药大学的同时，要更加积极主动地服务和融入国家发展战略，为新时代做出更多贡献[1]。国家层面高度重视人口健康和中医药信息化的发展，先后颁布了《中医药发展战略规划纲要（2016-2030）》《关于积极推进“互联网+”行动的指导意见》《促进大数据发展行动纲要》和《关于促进和规范健康医疗大数据应用发展的指导意见》等文件，为中医药信息化建设指明了方向[2]。

中医药信息学从医学信息学发展而来。医学信息学的研究最早可以追溯至20世纪50年代，是在医学图书情报基础上发展起来的，随着我国医药卫生事业信息化的发展而发展，医学信息学培养的人才不能满足实际要求，特别是不能满足中医药信息领域的人才需求。
