摘要：建筑工程结算审核工作中常见的问题与审核工作本身的流程、对象有关，主要包括在工程量审核中产生的问题与材料价格审核的问题。因此，在具体的工程结算审核工作开展时，要重视问题产生的根源，注意审核的准确性、方法的恰当性与审核的强度，以减少结算审核的失误。

Abstract： The common problems in construction project settlement audit work are related to the process and object of the audit work itself，mainly including the problems arising in the engineering quantity audit and the material price audit. Therefore，when carrying out specific project settlement audit work，we must pay attention to the root cause of the problem，pay attention to the accuracy of the audit，the appropriateness of the method and the intensity of the audit，so as to reduce the error of the settlement audit.

引言

建筑工程屬于实体经济发展范畴，而实体经济的发展程度则与外部环境密切相关。在疫情冲击下，实体经济的发展受到限制，这种外部发展环境的限制也波及到了建筑工程行业。外部发展环境挑战，加上建筑工程行业自身的发展特点，加剧了建筑市场的竞争力度。在这样的企业发展背景下，提升企业运行效率，降低运行成本，最大化提高企业的经济效益成为建筑企业保持竞争力的重要手段。建筑工程承包建设中，对结算审核的把控程度直接与企业的经济成本挂钩。科学合理地进行结算审核，依据结算审核统一标准及时处理审核工作出现的问题，对建筑企业的经济运行成本控制具有重要的意义。

一、建筑工程结算审核工作中的常见问题及成因分析

建筑工程按照工程量不同可分为大型、中型、小型三种，按照工程类型又可分为众多不同的类型，这样庞杂的类型也赋予了工程造价结算审核的复杂性。工程结算审核需要考虑具体工程生产中包括材料、人工、设备等在内的所有生产资料的价格核算，是一个综合性的数据处理工作。……
