【摘  要】在教育工作中让学生掌握一定的学习技巧并能收获良好的学习效果，既是教育者的工作目的，也是教育工作的价值体现。在小学语文教育中，教师应了解在小学语文阅读中存在的教学问题，并与学生、家长和其他教育工作者进行交流，找出问题出现的原因，进一步提出针对性的有效策略并应用在语文阅读教学过程中，使学生全程参与并获得更多的语文阅读知识。

【Abstract】In educational work， letting students master certain learning skills and can harvest good learning results is not only the purpose of educators， but also the embodiment of the value of educational work. In elementary school language education， teachers should understand the teaching problems existing in elementary school language reading， communicate with students， parents and other educators， find out the reasons for the problems， and further propose targeted and effective strategies and apply them to the language in the process of reading teaching， students will participate in the whole process and gain more knowledge of Chinese reading.

教师应具备教学革新的能力，实时观测教育改革的动向，能够与时俱进地进行教学创新，保证小学语文阅读教学效率。高效的小学语文阅读教学提高了教育质量，促进了学校教育的发展。有效的教学策略的应用能够体现教师教育理念的创新先进性和思想上的创新性，有益于对学生进行更加优质的小学语文阅读教学，帮助小学生解决更多学习上的困惑和难题，实现教学的价值，达到小学语文阅读教学的目标。

一、多媒体技术进课堂

多媒体技术在小学语文阅读教学中的应用能为课堂教学提供更多的教学资源，提高学生的文学素养。教师可以在多媒体技术的帮助下合理安排课堂时间，为学生讲解重点知识并通过多媒体向学生展示更多的文章，以增加学生的阅读量，从而达到小学语文阅读教学的目的。多媒体技术的应用能够让教师的教学方法更加新颖，丰富教师的教学手段，使课堂更加活跃，学生积极性更高。……
