【摘要】恶性肿瘤复发和转移难以控制，麻醉已被认为是潜在的影响因素之一。麻醉药物和麻醉方法对术后肿瘤复发和转移的影响越来越受到临床关注。该文主要综述了麻醉对肿瘤术后复发和转移的影响，特别是麻醉药物、麻醉方法和影响围术期的相关因素对肿瘤复发和转移的影响，旨在为恶性肿瘤患者术中选择合理的麻醉方案提供参考，同时也将为新型麻醉药物的研发和方法的改进与发展提供依据。

【Abstract】It is difficult to control the recurrence and metastasis of malignant tumors. Anesthesia has been considered as one of the main influencing factors. The influence of anesthetic drugs and methods on tumor recurrence and metastasis has captivated increasing attention from clinicians. In this article， the effect of anesthesia upon the postoperative recurrence and metastasis of tumors was reviewed， especially， the effects of anesthetic drugs， anesthetic methods and influencing factors during the perioperative period on tumor recurrence and metastasis， aiming to provide reference for formulating reasonable anesthesia regimen for cancer patients and offer experimental evidence for improving and developing new anesthetic drugs and methods.

臨床上如何控制恶性肿瘤术后复发和转移仍然是极为棘手的问题。不同的麻醉药物对于恶性肿瘤患者的免疫功能、肿瘤复发和转移有着不同的影响[1]。而且，不同的麻醉方法如硬膜外阻滞、静脉麻醉、吸入麻醉、静脉复合麻醉和肋间神经阻滞等，对肿瘤复发或转移可能有着不同的影响，因此麻醉药物的使用可能是影响恶性肿瘤患者预后的因素之一[2]。此外，其他术中因素如输血和体温调节，也将会影响恶性肿瘤患者的长期预后。目前临床研究已经提出了一些有益的措施，包括适当选择诱导药物、使用小剂量吸入麻醉剂以及阿片类化合物和环氧酶抑制剂的联合使用等方案，以改善恶性肿瘤患者的长期预后。本文旨在探讨麻醉药物、麻醉方法、术中因素对肿瘤复发和转移的影响。
