摘要：“健康中國2030”战略实施背景下，学校体育教育正经历全方位深化改革。基于这一背景和新时代学校体育教改理念而创新的“体育走班制”教学模式自推广实施以来，受到业界的广泛关注。然而，体育教师专业化教学能力的普遍不足成为当前阻碍“体育走班制”教学深入推进的主要瓶颈。研究采用文献资料、专家访谈、实地调查、课堂观察等研究方法，界定了“体育走班制”教师专业化教学能力的概念，依据“体育走班制”教学组织特征并结合北京市开展“体育走班制”教学的12所学校的实践现状，剖析了“体育走班制”教师专业化教学能力结构。研究认为：“体育走班制”教师专业化教学能力是指开展“体育走班制”教学所需的，体育教师驾驭所教授运动项目，进行超大单元课程教学的综合性教师素养和执教能力。“体育走班制”教学内容项目化、教学单元加大化、课程项目选择化、教学组织凝聚化、学习过程系统化、教学方法灵活化的教学组织特征，要求体育教师具备由专项运动能力、专项运动理论知识、专项训练指导能力、挖掘利用教学资源能力、竞赛组织安排能力、教学方法创新能力、高度职业热情构成的专业化教学能力，以满足“体育走班制”教学的现实需求。

Structure of teachers' professional teaching ability required by P.E. moving class

Abstract：Under the background of the implementation of Healthy China 2030 strategy， school physical education is undergoing an all-round deepening reform. Since the promotion and implementation of the P.E. moving class which is based on this background and the new understanding of modern school P.E. teaching and reforming ideas， it has attracted extensive attention. However， the general lack of professional teaching ability of P.E. teachers has become the main bottleneck hindering the further promotion of P.E. moving class. Using the research methods of documentation， expert interview， field investigation and classroom observation， this paper defines the concept of teachers’ professional teaching ability of P.E. moving class. According to the teaching and organization characteristics of P.E. moving class and combined with the practice in 12 schools in Beijing where P.E. moving classes have been carried out， this paper analyzes the structure of teachers’ professional teaching ability of P.E. moving class project. According to the study， teachers’ professional teaching ability refers to teachers’ comprehensive quality and ability required to carry out P.E. moving class teaching activities. The features of P.E. moving class include the modularization of teaching contents， the expansion of teaching units， more options for students to choose， refinement of organizing activities， systematization of learning procedures， and flexibility of teaching methods. To meet the practical needs of P.E. moving class， P.E. teachers thus must be equipped with comprehensive teaching capabilities composed of professional athletic competency， solid theoretical knowledge， abilities to coach students， to give professional instructions， to make good use of various teaching resources， to organize sports competition events and innovate teaching methods， along with high professional enthusiasm as well.
