摘要：中国武术中所蕴含的境界思维对现代人解读和认知中国传统文化的魅力有着独特的价值。基于哲学的视角，以中国武术中的“境界”作为研究对象，以“人对武术的觉解与武术技、艺、德、道”之间的内在联系为切入点，采用文献资料、逻辑分析等方法，对中国武术所追求的四层“境界”进行了系统研究与分析。研究指出：在中国武术的技艺探索与精神追求中，对“境界”的领悟一直都是习武者实现自我超越的重要标志，其修为的高低取决于个体觉解武术的程度。觉解程度越高，人的境界就越高，反之亦然。在中国武术由技入道的境界追求中，由低到高可分为四种，依次为以身求武的技之境界、人武合一的艺之境界、修身至善的德之境界、武以明理的道之境界，它们共同构建出中国武术“极高明而道中庸”的崇高境界，为其走向成人之学、修身之学、入道之学奠定了浓郁的哲学基础。

On the "realm" of Chinese martial arts

Abstract：The realm thinking contained in Chinese martial arts has unique value for modern people to interpret and recognize the charm of Chinese traditional culture. Therefore， based on the perspective of philosophy， taking the "realm" in Chinese martial arts as the research object and the internal connection between "people's perception of martial arts and martial arts skills， arts， morality and Tao" as the breakthrough point， this paper systematically studies and analyzes the four levels of "realm" pursued by Chinese martial arts by using the methods of literature review and logical analysis. According to the research， in the exploration and spiritual pursuit of Chinese martial arts， the understanding of "realm" has always been an important symbol for martial arts practitioners to achieve self-transcendence. The higher the level of awareness， the higher the realm， and vice versa. In the pursuit of Chinese martial arts from technique to Tao， it can be divided into four categories from low to high， which are successively the skill realm of technique， the art realm of integration of man and martial arts， the moral realm of moral cultivation and perfection， the Tao realm of reasoning with martial arts. Together， they form the lofty state of "extremely brilliant but moderate Tao" in Chinese martial arts， which has laid a strong philosophical foundation for the self-cultivation study and Taoism.
