【摘    要】对于幼儿来说，学前教育是一个重要的阶段，幼儿园要提高管理水平，进一步培育幼儿的良好的行为习惯，同时通过管理水平体现幼儿园的整体办学质量。结合当前的一些实际现状可以看到，在不少的幼儿园大班管理中还是存在着一些问题，本文就幼儿园大班管理中存在的问题加以探析，同时提出科学的有效解决策略，从而对幼儿园大班科学管理与系统化提供一定的借鉴意义。

A Probe into the Management Practice of Large Classes in Kindergartens in the New Era

【Abstract】For children， preschool education is an important stage. Kindergartens should improve their management level， further cultivate some good behaviors of children， and at the same time reflect the overall quality of running the kindergarten through the management level. Combined with the current actual situation it can be seen that there are still some problems in the management of large classes in kindergartens. This article analyzes some problems in the management of large classes in kindergartens. At the same time， it proposes scientific and effective solutions to provide scientific management，so as to provide a certain reference significance for the scientific management and systematization of large classes in kindergartens.

一、幼兒园大班管理存在的问题探析

（一）大班幼儿的管理缺乏准确目标性

在具体的管理中，发现一些幼儿教师，其管理的重点放在日常教学以及琐碎的事务上，而就幼儿具体的一些管理目标没有明确指向。因此，在实施过程中比较模糊，所制定的目标无法与现实的管理方法有机结合，从而使管理目标缺乏明晰性、可操作性，自然会影响其有效的发挥。笼统式的目标设定，也容易造成幼儿教师无法形成具体的、有的放矢的细化管理目标，导致了目标在落实中操作性不强。

（二）大班幼儿的管理方法有失偏颇

在具体的幼儿管理中，我们会发现，教师多是对幼儿采用一种责备或者命令的语气，说一不二。同时，在对幼儿进行教导以及阐述一些规则时，教师的口气强硬，不经意间还带有一些歧视性的语言。如此，不仅对幼儿幼小的心灵造成一定的负面影响和伤害，同时使幼儿缺乏活力，上学不积极，甚至对幼儿教师产生害怕心理和逆反心理，导致幼儿的自卑心理滋生，这对他们的快乐成长以及发展都是极其不利的。……
