摘要：随着高等教育的大众化，出现了人才缺少和毕业生过剩的矛盾。如何解决人才供求之间的问题成了一个迫切问题。人类社会已经进入大数据时代，教育部门或组织拥有大量的学习行为、学生习惯等数据。利用大数据技术发掘每个学生的学习潜能，给学生推荐个性化学习资源，满足学生的个性需求，不仅可以缓解学生认知超载、网络迷航等问题，还可以激活学生学习兴趣。

Construction of Personalized Learning Model Based on Big Data

Abstract： With the popularization of higher education， there is a contradiction between the lack of talents and the surplus of graduates. How to solve the problem between talent supply and demand has become an urgent problem. Human society has entered the era of big data， and education departments or organizations have a large amount of data on learning behaviors and students' habits. Using big data technology to explore each student's learning potential， recommend personalized learning resources to students， and meet students' individual needs，can not only alleviate students' cognitive overload、network lost and other problems， but also activate students' interest in learning.

1 基于大數据的个性化学习模式构建的意义

国发〔2015〕32号《国务院关于大力推进大众创业、万众创新若干政策措施的意见》要求全社会推进大众创业、万众创新，提升全民的创新能力，其关键还是人才培养方式。培养创新性人才需要采用个性化教育，对大学生进行个性化教育则是实现这一重要任务的根本途径，唯有因材施教才能使人的潜在能力得到充分发挥[1～2]。

当前，国内外利用机器学习算法对个性化学习研究多集中在个性化学习路径推荐、个性化学习系统、个性化教学方法、个性化学习评价模型等几个方面。姜强等[3]基于大数据背景下，利用大数据技术，如Apriori或其改进算法AprioriAll通过个性信息和群体类似信息挖掘个性化的学习路径。周海波、周清清[4～5]根据对学生基本情况、心理特征分析的基础上给学生推荐适合学生的学习资源，包括学习视频、习题等。……
